Yeonjun was exhausted, hair in disarray, but smiling. "We'd be good parents, right?"

Beomgyu, still picking stickers off his arms: "...You'd be the fun parent. I'd be the one doing all the real work."

Yeonjun leaned his head on Beomgyu's shoulder. "Yeah... But our kids would love you the most."

"...You still want eleven?"

"Nah. I'll take one. Just one. As long as it's with you."

Beomgyu froze, heart short-circuiting. "...Shut up and drive."

Yeonjun grinned. "That's not a no."

They're now at Beomgyu's house. both sitting on the floor with snacks, their shirts stained with finger paint and glitter in their hair. It's quiet... too quiet.

Yeonjun, casually munching on a banana chip teased. "So... mom?"

Beomgyu, instantly throws a pillow at him
"Say that again and I'll glue your eyelids shut."

Yeonjun giggled like an idiot, dodging. "C'mon, you liked it a little. Admit it."

Beomgyu's face was hot, refusing to look at him
"I didn't like anything. He was just a weird glitter-covered child with no concept of gender roles."

Yeonjun smirked
"He said we looked like love, though."

Beomgyu numbled, "That's because you kept carrying him around like a sack of rice. You were being suspiciously good at it."

Yeonjun let's out a soft grin
"Guess I'd be a good dad, huh?"

"You said you wanted eleven. That's a cult, not a family."

"A cult of love! With matching pajamas!"

Beomgyu nearly chokes on his drink. "You're insane."

Yeonjun nudges him gently.
"But you smiled, though."

Beomgyu, blushing deeply, hides under a throw blanket "No, I didn't. That was a grimace. Out of pity. For the child."

Yeonjun just grinned wider, already planning his next surprise.
