Ariana's POV.

I was having my breakfast when I heard a voice.

"Aana..." I stood up and she looked at me and then sighed. She came and stood in front of me, hugging me tightly. My heart was pounding inside I don't know why.

"I'm sorry for whatever Alaric did to you." I held her hand and she stopped looking at my hands.

"It was my decision, Mom." She cupped my cheeks, "But why Aana? I love you, we all do. Please come home with me. You two aren't divorced yet." I couldn't form any words. I sealed my mouth and bit my lip. My eyes welled up as I heard her.

"He won't like it, Mom," I said in a low voice.

"Do you think I care?" Her raised eyebrows were proof of how pissed she was with Alaric. Of course, his changed behavior was something we all noticed. The way he was yelling at me in front of everyone I felt hurt.

"I don't believe he didn't even stop you!" She was surprised.

"I can't live with him mom, he doesn't trust me." She nodded, "I know I won't force you to stay with him. You can stay in the guest room but please come with me." I kept quiet. I looked at Mom and Grandma but their expressions were blank.

Moments later I felt a hand on my wrist it was Grandma, "She won't go!" She announced and Jennifer's mom looked upset. Her face fell.

"He didn't even stop her once and you want her to come back with you and stay in the same roof with him." Her voice is angry and offended. Mom heaved and Jennifer's mom gave me a pleading look.

"I'm requesting all of you. Please try to understand." She looked at me and squeezed my hand, "Please Aana, come home with me." I licked my dry lips and then nodded.

Grandma looked upset with my decision but it's okay. It's only for a few days we are getting divorced anyway.

I came home and a staff brought my luggage back into the mansion.

The guest room was on the third floor and everyone was concerned about my pregnancy so Mom asked me to stay with Belle on the ground floor.

"You can ask Belle or any of us if you need anything." I smiled at Mom and saw Alaric coming downstairs.

He stopped looking at me and then his expressions changed. Steeping ahead he stood in front of Mom, "Why did you...?"

She glared at him and he shut his mouth up.

"I don't have to give you any explanation." She snapped.

He marched outside fuming in anger. He can't even bear my presence here.

The whole day I was feeling lazy and tired. Mom frequently comes on check and asks if I need anything.

She's so sweet and caring.

Sitting on the dining table I saw Alaric pull the chair that was in front of me, he looked at me and then at everyone and began to eat. I ignored his eyes and concentrated on my food.

Once again I filled my plate. Every flavor was enhanced because of my pregnancy I guess. I was eating so much.

My head raised and I roamed my eyes everywhere, to my surprise everyone was gone only Alaric was there. His eyes met mine and I tore my gaze away from him.

I stood up wiping my lips with the handkerchief and found him standing in front of me. He looked everywhere and my heart flipped when he took some steps ahead closer to me.

Audibly heaving he opened his mouth but the clattering of the utensils made him close his mouth. He looked at the servant and then clenched his teeth looking at me, "I'm no longer interested in you. Stay the fuck away from me. You Understand." He stomped out of my sight and I couldn't process.
