From the moment I met you

My whole life was a series of struggles and hardships. With a junkie drunkard for a father and a mother who abandoned us, my siblings (older brother and younger sister) and I had only each other to rely on. Broce Wako entered our lives like a guiding light, providing for us and offering a sense of stability we had never known. He showed us the way to ANHS, where we could escape the toxic environment of our home. But even with his support, there was always a void within me, a feeling of incompleteness.

Then you came into my life, Nazuna Asahina. From the moment I met you, everything changed. Your presence brought warmth and light into my world, filling that empty space in my heart. You became my anchor, my source of strength and comfort in the midst of chaos. With you by my side, I felt like I could conquer any challenge life threw my way.

"So, how were your first days of school?" my older brother, Romain Inaya, asked me as we sat in his dorm room.

"It was good," I replied, reflecting on the whirlwind of experiences from the past two days.

"Notice anything odd?" Romain inquired, his brow furrowing with curiosity.

I paused to consider his question. "No, not really," I admitted, racking my brain for any unusual occurrences.

"Alright, met any interesting people?" he pressed, leaning forward with interest.

"Yeah, a few," I answered, taking a sip of my drink and recalling the diverse array of classmates I had encountered during the class introductions.

"Hello, my name is Miyabi Nagumo," he began, his voice carrying an air of confidence. "Since we have some time before the ceremony, I thought it would be nice for us to introduce ourselves."

"Sounds like a plan"

"I don't even know everyone's names"

"I'll start since I proposed it," Nagumo continued, taking the lead. "My name is Miyabi Nagumo. I'm passionate about soccer and enjoy meeting new people. I pride myself on excelling in various pursuits. It's a pleasure to meet you all," he concluded, executing a graceful bow that seemed almost rehearsed.

As Nagumo spoke, I couldn't help but notice the subtle admiration in the eyes of some of the girls around me. It was as if they were drawn to his charisma like moths to a flame.

"Alright, who's next?" Nagumo prompted, looking expectantly around the room.

Without missing a beat, a red-haired boy eagerly stepped forward. "I'll go!" he exclaimed, his energy infectious. "Hello, everyone! My name is Ikuya Amasawa. I'm a sports enthusiast, particularly passionate about soccer. I thrive on competition and enjoy the thrill of new experiences. Oh, and seafood is my guilty pleasure," he added with a playful grin. "I believe in fostering strong connections with others, and I'm here to lend a helping hand whenever needed. I hope we can all graduate together! Let's make the most of our time here together!" With a flourish, he bowed, earning a few chuckles from his audience.

As Amasawa finished his introduction, I couldn't help but marvel at his natural charm. It seemed effortless for him to captivate those around him, and I couldn't shake the feeling that he would quickly become a central figure in our group.

"I guess I'll go next," Broce announced confidently, rising to his feet. "The name is Broce Wako. I'm into sports, and I've got zero tolerance for weaklings who hold me back."

Typical Broce, I thought to myself. He may seem friendly on the surface, especially to the ladies, but deep down, he only respects those he considers his equals.
