The car ride from the museum to the 'hotel' was short and I spent the majority of the time talking to Akio and memorizing the route in case of an emergency. The car stopped in front of a large peach building that was several stories high and surrounded by a black gate. All around guards were posted.

Inside the gates I could see a few palm trees and plenty of green grass. The building itself looked like a hotel. As we got off I noticed there was an American flag at the very entry of the building. Our chauffeur showed his ID to the guards and our group was allowed into the building.

"Hello! You must be the group from Japan! I'm Lucian Dom- Charlotte? Your group arrived hours ago what are you doing with this group?" Lucian stared directly at me when our group was welcomed into the building.

"I'm sorry sir but I got sidetracked and I forgot to meet up with you as you told us earlier so I came with this group," I replied scared to cause trouble on my first day.

"No matter just remember to pay attention next time around," he warned me and I nodded my head. He smiled and continued with the introductions.

"Welcome to the American Embassy, where all the students of the summer training program are to stay for their time of learning courtesy of the Prime Minister himself who is funding both the museum and the program. Please follow me as I give you a brief tour," Lucian stated indicating with his hands where everything was.

The entry of the building was lavishly decorated with paintings, statues, and vases which must all cost a fortune. There were stiff chairs and a grand piano in the room Lucian called the parlor. He also pointed out a few other fancier rooms that were for diplomats and therefore off limits.

"To the right over here is the dining room where all of your meals are going to be served. You are also welcome to eat outside in the gardens if you please but please clean up after yourselves," Lucian instructed as he showed us the lavish dining room complete with chandeliers and a grandfather clock. There were several tables inside the dining room for more than 30 people. The gardens were located right in front of the dining room, accessible through glass double doors.

"We also have a library which you are all welcome to explore. We have books in over thirty languages. Just remember that you have to return them," Lucian reminded us with a smile as we walked past the immense library. He stopped in front of a grand staircase and pulled out a clip board.

"Alright well the rest of the embassy is dedicated to the dorms. As you descend the stair case the boy's dorms will be to the left and the girl's dorms are to the right. The bathrooms are also upstairs. You have assigned rooms so when I call your name please take your key," he stated as he began reading names off his clip board.

Eventually I had to say goodbye to Akio as he and everyone else in his group was called out and got to go find their dorm room. I stood there awkwardly when only I was left looking longingly at the staircase.

"Ah yes Miss Wynters, I have your dorm keycard here as well," Lucian said as he fished in his blazer pockets for the keycard.

"I only have this copy so do not lose it," he warned as he handed me the keycard. I took it graciously and began my walk upstairs. Engraved onto the key were the number 65 so I assumed that was the number to my dorm.

I headed to the right were the girl's dorm was and began searching for my dorm. I passed by the bathrooms and kept looking.

"62, 63, 64, 65!" I said as I finally reached my dorm. I grabbed my keycard and slid it into the panel in front of the door. The panel lit up in green and the door popped open. It looked like I was the last girl to arrive since there were open suitcases everywhere.

"Charlee!" someone shrieked and did a back flip. I couldn't see their face but theres only one blonde I know who can do a back flip in heels.

"Hey Lavender!" I smiled glad to have a familiar face in my dorm.

"We lost track of you. Palma and Blaire have a dorm with two other girls but there was an error with Tiffany's card. She accidentally got assigned to a boy's dorm instead," Lavender said and I could already imagine how jealous Blaire must be.

The room seemed to be divided into two sections. On the left side there were four desks each with a computer and on the right there were four beds already set with colorful covers and pillows. The two sections were divided by a large book shelf that reached the ceiling. It gave off the feeling as if the dorm was actually two spaces; office and work.

There were two large glass windows in the room and each person's suitcase was already on the bed. It looked like everyone had already unpacked and personalized their area. There were already several band posters, family pictures, knickknacks, and decorations everywhere.

Thankfully my bed was right next to Lavender's so I began to unpack as I talked to her about everything in the academy so far.

"Where are the two other girls?" I asked referring our roommates.

"Probably getting dinner. The hours for food are pretty strict, if you miss the call you're stuck with out food," Lavender explained.

"What are the times?"

"Breakfast at 8 o'clock, lunch at noon, and dinner at seven o'clock," she said from memory.

"Well it's already 7:25 so we should head down unless we want to miss it," I said taking a look at my phone.

"Alright just finish unpacking," she rushed me and I nodded my head. I hope our roommates are nice...
