"Look, with all due respect, this is not the right time. He needs rest and your presence is no good for him. Don't come by again." DongMin told her once he had managed to get her out the door then he proceeded to close the door in her face, not giving her any chance to be dramatic or act pathetic any further.

"Don't worry about a thing, let's forget she was even here, okay? Don't be sad." Dongmin turned around and smiled as he spoke, trying to make the mood better for he could understand well that Jin was feeling emotionally broken right now.

"I...will call Jimin. Tell him that you woke up. He was really worried for you. He will get here right away, you will see...He didn't forget about you or anything, I swear." He awkwardly went on rumbling as he pulled out his phone to make the call and Jin gave him a faint smile, finding ridiculous the words he was uttering for not even for a moment had Jin thought that Jimin wasn't worried about him.

If there was one thing certain in his life,  that was the fact that Jimin cared for him as much as he cared for Jimin. There was a time he used to think that Jimin only had him yet it turns out that it's he who only had Jimin left. When difficult times came, he would always rely on Jin and now the time had come for Jin to rely on him.

---Time skip---

Home is supposed to feel safe, yet as you had reached home and finally were standing inside the closed door of your apartment, with that file still under your possession, the atmosphere of your own house, was feeling uncertain.

"Maybe I should have just gone with Jimin to the hospital." You murmured to yourself as you walked further inside and turned the lights on. Your eyes roamed around the place even though no one was around and nothing was out of place.

"Or I should have just waited for Jungkook and Boram and get to Jungkook's place...Even disturbing InSu would have been better at this point." You mumbled to yourself as you started checking all your windows if they were closed well enough and then you checked the kitchen and the bathroom, looking in any possible place anyone could be hiding to ambush you, but truly no one was there and nothing was wrong. It was just your anxiety that had pushed you to grow paranoid after reading a bit of that file.

It would have been better if you had waited to read it later, for certainly, it was very difficult to pretend like nothing was wrong when Jimin came and find you at Jungkook's car and if it wasn't for DongMin's call, he most likely would have started making questions that you wouldn't be able to answer without betraying the fact that you already knew some things that you shouldn't.

Since everything had gone by successfully, you had texted Jungkook to inform him that you would be taking his car and leaving with Jimin, while he would most likely get out of there with Boram, whenever they reached a logical point of retrieving themselves without arising Mr Duho's suspicions and drive back with the car that Boram and Jimin had arrived.

You had all agreed to meet first thing tomorrow morning and go through the file together, at Jungkook's place and InSu had logged off and bid his goodnight on your way back home, mentally exhausted by all this and in need of some sleep, go relax his nerves. This night was going to be one InSu certainly wouldn't forget for a long long time and you still had made a mental note to properly apologise for getting him involved in such trouble and thank him properly.

Jimin had dropped you home on his way to see Jin and you had rushed to your apartment as if everyone was chasing you, when in reality it was only your consciousness and fear that were following you like a shadow. And the weight of one more secret that you had already gotten to know that was going to be way too much for you to handle.

Despite knowing that, you couldn't help but also want to know the full picture and unravel this case to the end. You had already gotten involved anyway, your life most likely was already on a death row so the least you could do was get to know as much dirt as possible, to save your head if needed.

Just like P3, who knew that they were searching for hence, they couldn't just take Jimin's life. You needed a card as equally impactful or even the same card if possible. Anything that could give you a sense of security enough to not feel like going crazy, and feel like you won't be able to take in one more breath, with each blink of your eyes. Fearing that it could be your last.

After you secured that everything was fine, you rushed to the main door and made sure you had locked it well, then you went and grabbed a chair and placed it behind it for further reassurance.

You exhaled a deep breath after that and brought out the file and placed it on the table, staring at it for a while as if it was gonna talk on its own, then you decided to strip off your clothes right where you were, for they were drained from the rain and you didn't want to tear your eyes away from the file, not even for a moment.

Once you had gotten rid of your sticky clothes, you quickly grabbed the file and went with it to the bedroom, finding dried clothes for yourself then returned to the living room with it and made your way to your desk.

You placed the file right before you and inhaled a deep breath, fingers slightly trembling as you managed to flip it open once again and skim through more pages than you had the chance to the first time. To your surprise, your fingers halted as by the end of the file, attached to the back of the last cover page, from the inside, there was a small plastic bag with a small USB on it.

You didn't hesitate to remove it as quickly as possible but once it was out and you took hold of your laptop, you couldn't help but think if it was wise to plug it into your laptop. What if it had some tracking virus and they found you? What if it was some kind of trap that could make your laptop explode and put you in danger? Your mind was overthinking more than ever but still, your curiosity was stronger.

"I have an idea!" You rushed from your seat, along with the USB at hand and walked back to your bedroom, in search of your old laptop which you had stored below your bed. You pulled it out and dusted off its bag, then unzipped it and pulled the older device out. It sure was rusty and didn't work fast at all, that was the reason you had bought a new one, but it was perfect for this purpose. If it were to explode then you wouldn't lose much and if it were to be tracked, you would just go a throw this laptop as far away as possible right after you see what is inside this USB.

With such thoughts in mind, you grabbed a hygienic mask from your drawer and put it on, in case they were to hack your camera, at least your face to not be exposed, then you waited for the laptop to turn on. Once it was running properly you grabbed it and went with it to the bathroom, placing it in the bathtub, so you would have immediate access to water if it was to explode or anything, then you made sure the door was open if you needed to run away to protect yourself.

"Gosh, I am acting like a coward." You mumbled to yourself, feeling a bit stupid with all the measurements you were taking just because that very moment you were overwhelmed with unsafety and anxiety.

Regardless you still stayed true to those measurements and once you inserted the USB, you ran out the door and waited for a few seconds, but nothing happened. You left a sigh of relief as you stepped back in the bathroom and retreated the laptop then made your way to your couch, along with it. You placed it at your table and sat down on the floor to be on the right level with the screen then, you pulled down your mask, as you got reminded of the fact that your old laptop had its camera broken.

The window of the USB was open and in it, there was only a single file that had the name of Jimin's father on it and you clicked on it, without thinking much at that moment. The screen appeared black at first, and very noisy, making you understand that the time this was filmed sure was a very long time back for the quality wasn't as good as the one you would find in today's era video footage.

"Is this the tape of that Blue Butterly mission?" You wondered out loud as you were waiting for the screen to start showing something but as the image blurred and flickered from black to white, a hand seemed to be covering the lens, and some words were mumbled which you couldn't hear well, making you turn up the volume of your laptop and give all your focus to the screen.

Unprepared for the image that appeared right before your eyes, once that hand retrieved away from the camera lens and the device focused on a tied-up man. Placed up against a white wall, with ropes spreading his arms and legs open while before him there stood someone tied on a chair, back-facing the camera with something black over his head, making him unable to witness the sight before him of the almost naked man, that looked already brutally beaten.
