'All members, stand down. Do not shoot.' He orders, lowering his gun.

The gang leader's looks up at the sound of the helicopter in the air, the doctor following his gaze up.

'Let her go or else the helicopter doesn't land.' The Captain says to the gang leader, turning to the doctor next to Argus.

'Sorry I came so late. I'll get you out of here.' He says to the doctor staring at him with hollow eyes in Korean, the gang leader snapping his head towards the doctor.

'Translate.' He hisses at the doctor, her glistening gaze shifting over to him as the corner of her lip arches.

'머저리새끼 (*dumbass)' She whispers back in Korean, the gang leader shuddering as he shoves the cut on her head with the pistol, the blood spattering onto her cheeks.

'Are you crazy?' The gang leader shouts as the bullet flies out, hitting his gun out of his hands, it skidding across the floor in dust.

'I guess you could say that. So don't touch her.' The Captain replies, him pointing his gun at the gang members before he listens to the other soldier, Snoopy, from his earpiece.

'Her shoulder. The green light beeping. That's the transmitter to the trigger.' He says, the Captain shifting the gun over to the doctor in response. She looks up, the murderous glint fading as she gazes over to the black muzzle staring at her.

'What are you doing?' The gang leader asks him, the Captain's eyes unwavering from the doctor.

'Just trust me. And don't move.' The Captain says to the doctor in Korean, her gaze trembling while fixated on the muzzle. He stays silent for a second watching the doctor's eyes start to water, staring straight at the gun in his hands.

She squints her eyes as the Captain fires, the bullet piercing the transmitter on the shoulder, lowering her head as the other soldiers start shooting the gang members down.

Y/n's pov

You hear the screeching tinnitus in the dust-filled air, the sounds of screaming and glass breaking mixing with the high-pitched noise ringing in your ears. Someone covers your back with their arm, pulling you forward. You feel your vision blur together, the memories of the blood spraying on the wall and the dust flying in the air mixing into one as the person leads you out. They grab onto your elbow, forcing your feet to move forward before you feel yourself bend onto the ground.

Shi Jin's pov

'Han seon-saeng. Can you hear me?' I say as I hold her face in my palms, Snoopy behind her trying to disable the bomb, her eyes glinting in tears still glaring blankly into the air.

'Han seon-saeng-' I call her name again as she covers her ears, her brows furrowing and her gaze filling with venom.

'Don't move.' Snoopy says as he works, and I caress Dr. Han's head, calling her name.

'Can you hear me?' I ask as she finally looks up, her mouth parting blankly as she blinks. She nods, reaching into her pocket despite Snoopy asking her not to move.

'You have to leave. The bomb will go off.' She says, holding out the fountain pen in front of me. 'Let them go to hell for how I died too.' She states, her hollow eyes glistening as she places the pen in my hand.

'You won't die.' I say, placing my hands over hers. 'I have not seen a bomb that Sergeant Choi can't disable.' I say again, offering a smile as she glares at the burning building, the fire reflecting in her eyes.
