Y/n pov (as per usual)

We all got up being very wary and sam and Colby pulled a bunch of shit out of their bags.
"Do you think we should do it on the table or floor?" Colby asked.
"I think floor it always seems to work better" sam answered.

We all helped them lay out 9 large red candles in a circle. I pulled out my lighter and lit them while the others spread lollipops round the circle.

"We need to sage ourselves to make sure were safe"

We stepped out onto the balcony one by one with Colby saging us.
"All right im gonna make a quick circle of salt then we'll be ready to start"

We all sat down as sam put salt around us. Me and Johnnie sat next to each other holding hands as Jake and Tara did the same.

Me and Tara looked at each other giving each other a worried and scared look.

"Are we all ready?" Colby asked.
"Mhm" I replied as everyone nodded.

"If there is any spirits here like lucy we invite you to come talk to us by making any sound or sign to signal you are here" Colby spoke.

We waited a few second and heard a loud ish tap on the wall. Johnnie put his hand over me kind of in a protective way.

I squeezed his hand in fear as Tara spoke.

"What the actual fuck"
"Is this lucy tap more than once if it is and only once if it isn't" sam spoke quite obviously scared too.

After about 15 seconds we heard 8 slow taps on the wall. We sat there in silence as they went off paralysed in fear. Once they had stopped sam said something.

"Holy shit they never reply that quick"

We all were listening to him as the rem pod went of and we all got up. There was literally a ghost in the middle of us.

"This actually never happens this fast what the fuck is happening" Colby said with I can't lie a bit of panic in his voice.

"Is there anyone in here that you recognise, once again more than one for yes and only one for no" sam said as we all started hesitantly sitting back down.

At this point I was shitting bricks and didn't really know what to do. Once again we waited for a bit and the knocks went again. 1, 2, 3, 4.

"Who in here do you recognise, I'll say the names and you knock if you recognise them"

"Jake" a knock went off but he actually looked pretty calm.
"Tara" it stood silent with no knocks.
"Y/n" 2 knocks went off freezing me on the spot. I looked at Johnnie trembling with fear and sam started again.

"Colby" a knock went off.
"And me, sam" another knock went off.

"I know lucy would recognise me, sam and Jake since we've been here before but why does she recognise you y/n? Have you ever been here before?"

"Uhm no I've never been here I don't know how she'd know me"
"And why did she do multiple knocks for you and only one for us?"
"I honestly don't know"

Johnnie rubbed my thigh obviously recognising my fear. We sat in silence all trying to figure out if there was any way I'd be connected when every single door opened at once.

Tara and I jumped up and screamed.
Everybody else jumped up too and we all started running out.

"OH MY GOD THAT HAS NEVER HAPPENED"
"DID YOU GET THAT ON THE CAMERA???"
"YES IT WAS PLAYING THE WHOLE TIME"

We stopped outside the door all looking at each other in silence.

"Do you think they're trying to get something across to y/n?" Sam asked.
"Yeah we were all talking and thinking about how it has a connection to y/n and all the doors flung open" Colby added.
"I don't know how I could have a connection but that was so fucking weird" Johnnie was holding on to me as I was shaking.

Colby showed his hands to the camera to show they were shaking and im gonna be honest i think we all were.

"Should we continue?" Sam asked.
"I mean if everyone else wants to" Colby replied.
"Yeah im all right with continuing" I said to them.
Everyone else agreed and we sat back down.
"Is it y/n that you want?"
We waited. Knock, knock, knock.

"Why the fuck does she want me"
"Maybe it's not lucy maybe it's a shifter"
"I don't know maybe"

"Are you really lucy we demand you to tell us 1 knock if you are Lucy and more than 1 if your a shifter"

We waited about 30 seconds and 1 singular knock came through.

"Guys do you think we should end this and use the estess method?" Sam asked.

We all said goodbye and sam blew out the candles.

Me and Tara tied the blindfold over Colbys face and sam set the the box up.

"we all ready?" Sam asked.
We all nodded and obviously Colby couldn't hear so we started.

"What is your connection to y/n?"
"Family" Colby said.

"What? Do we know her last name?" I asked.
"What's your last name?"
We waited a few second and something came through.
"L/n"
"HOLY SHIT"
We all jumped up.

"Rose l/n" Colby said sort of doubting himself.
"NO WAY"
"what?"

"THATS WHO MY COUSIN WAS MAMED AFTER?"
"HOLY SHIY Y/N WHATS GOING ON?" Tara asked.

"Child" Colby said.
"Wait I think she had 3 kids but put them up for adoption?"
"no.. lucy escaped her orphanage and stayed at the Stanley hotel"

Sam tapped on colbys shoulder signalling to him that he can stop and he took everything off.

We told him what happened and he was pretty distraught at the fact.

We all sat in silence reviewing what happened and suddenly a series of taps came from the wall...
