Audrey's Pov

“Bada?! Sabi na nga ikaw yan eh! Buti nakahabol ka?” bati nila kay Bada habang ako, iniiwasan siya.

Bada sat on the other side, facing me since there was only an empty seat in that side and obviously reserved for her. She keeps looking at me and I keep avoiding her stares.

“Tinapos ko lang dance class ko.” Bada responded.

“Sikat na sikat kana talaga.” puri nila kay Bada at since bagong dating siya, panay ang tanong nila sakanya at ako naman nakikinig lang.

“My cousin attended your class one time and she was so happy.”

“Really? If she's free, ask her to come again and I'll teach her.” sagot ni Bada.

“I will!”

“Napadaan kami sa studio mo and we were surprised! Mas lumaki lalo pwesto mo at ang dami laging pila.”

“Yes, kakatapos lang ng renovation nun and I had to expand my area kasi dumarami na yung gustong matutong sumayaw. Although may limit naman, minsan kasi busy din ako kaya isinasabay ko na yung iba.” She explained. Ang humble naman pero deep inside pumapalakpak na tenga niyan.

“Gusto mo sumayaw?” out of nowhere, Laine asked me to dance. I lifted up my face and faced her. She's smiling at me and she looks innocent lol.

“Huh?”

“Mukha kasing bored kana so....”

“Sure—” my words got interrupted when one of our classmates asked us a question.

“Bada and Audrey may karelasyon na ba kayo? I'm just curious since ilang years na tayong 'di nagkita kita.” She smiled at us, yung ngiting alam mong nang-aasar talaga.

Hindi ako agad nakasagot at parang tangang kinakabahan sa upuan ko. Yes or no lang isasagot, kinakabahan kapa? Minsan nabubwisit na rin ako sa sarili ko eh.

“I'm in a relationship.” sagot ni Bada dahilan para makuha niya lahat ng atensyon namin.

“Who's that lucky girl?!”

“Si Iris.” matipid niyang sagot sabay inom ng alak na nasa harapan niya.

Iris... That girl again? Wow.

“You mean si Iris Diaz na taga Class-A?! Yung naging ex mo na dati? How come? Uhm nagkabalikan kayo?”

“Yes, obviously. After we graduated, I studied for college but I didn't finish it because I decided to pursue dancing. While I was having a dance class, nakita ko si Iris na dumaan ng studio ko and we kept in touch then boom we tried again.” Bada explained and I could see how she smiled.

“Really? Lakas mo talaga.”

“At first ayaw niya nga eh but I did everything para mapa-oo siya. We've been together for 5 months also she really wants to be here kaso marami siyang work na dapat tapusin.” sabi ni Bada at proud na proud pa habang nagkukwento.

Hello? hinay hinay naman sa mga kinuwento mo kasi nandito ako oh. Ako lang naman yung babaeng paulit ulit mong sinaktan.

“We're so happy for you! Next time isama mo na si Iris ha? We need to see and meet her again.”

“I will.”

“Eh ikaw Audrey? How's your love life? Don't tell me—” at that moment, I know I have to speak up and cut their shits.

“I have a girlfriend too.” diretsahan kong sagot and this time nakuha ko mga atensyon nila.

Audrey, sinimulan mo 'yan kaya panindigan mo!

“Really? Bakit ngayon mo lang sinabi?!”

“Do I really have to announce it? We're very private and you guys didn't even ask me earlier.” I said.

Ibinalin ko yung tingin ko kay Bada only to notice na nakatitig na pala siya saakin. I don't think this is a good idea!!! wala naman kasi talaga akong girlfriend huhu I just said that para tigilan na nila ako at hindi na ungkatin yung past namin ni Bada.

“Akala kasi namin....”

“Well sorry to say, I'm in a relationship too. Honestly, she's here.”  putchang bibig na 'to walang preno.

“Ano?!”

“Si Laine. Yes, you've heard it right. I and Laine are dating.” tinitigan ko si Laine at hinawakan yung kamay niya sa ilalim ng mesa.

Please, please save me from this mess.

“Yes, we're dating.” sagot ni Laine at naghiyawan silang lahat except kay Bada.

“Ayun naman pala! Kaya pala ayaw na pag-usapan yung past kasi nasa tabi si Present.” tukso nila saamin ni Laine.

“For how long? How did you guys meet again?” this time si Bada na yung nagtanong and how I supposed to answer her? Bakit ba ang dami niyang tanong?

“Just same as yours. We've been dating for 5 months.” Laine answered on behalf of me.

“My students and I decided to have dinner together. Yung restaurant na pinuntahan namin, si Laine pala yung owner. After that we kept in touch and also hung out a lot then we decided to give it a try since parehas naming gusto isa't-isa.” I explained.

“Teka nga bakit parang gulat na gulat ka? Do you really think na baliw na baliw pa rin si Audrey sayo? After what you did to her, akala mo hihintayin kapa rin niya?” Laine confronted Bada.

“Hey...” I tried to shush her but she didn't listen to me.

“No, kitang kita sa mukha niya yung disappointment when she heard we're dating.” sagot saakin ni Laine at sandali akong tinignan.

“Laine, stop it.” bulong ko sakanya at hinawakan yung kamay niya to calm her down. I don't know kung bakit bigla siyang nagkaganito.

Yung mga kaklase ko naman tahimik lang at nakikinig kay Laine. Bada, on the other hand, parang wala lang din sakanya.

“Let's dance na lang, okay? Come on.” pag iiba ko ng topic at tumayo na para ilayo si Laine kasi sobrang uncomfortable na. I think she's already drunk and she needs to sober up.

“Hindi pa tayo tapos.” sabi ni Laine kay Bada sabay tayo sa kinauupuan niya.

“Please excuse us.” I excused ourselves and just when we were ready to leave our table, Bada stood up and grabbed my hand.

Lahat sila nakatingin saamin habang hila hila ako ni Bada at walang idea kung saan niya ako dadalhin. I tried to free myself pero the more I do it, mas lalo lang humihigpit hawak niya saakin.

“Hey, let go! nasasaktan mo na ako.” bulyaw ko sakanya at patuloy pa rin siya sa paglalakad until makarating kami sa isang vacant room.

“Si Laine talaga ha? Of all out of people bakit si Laine?!” once we got inside, she yelled at me.

“Fuck you. Stop yelling at me!” I yelled back and slightly pushed her away.

“Do you really think makakalimutan mo ako? Audrey, I know you very well.” She said, looking straight into my eyes.

“You are still crazy. Hindi na ako yung dating Audrey na habol nang habol sayo and you need to wake up.” I bravely said and crossed my arms.

“Talaga lang huh?” She smirked and pinned me against the wall as she kissed my lips.

I was taken aback but then I gathered all my strength and pushed her away. Na-out of balance si Bada dahilan para mapaupo siya sa sahig while me? I wiped off my lips at tinitigan siya.

“You are so pathetic and disgusting.” I said, leaving her alone.

While I was running, my tears started to fall and it hurts me so much. She keeps doing this to me even before. I hate her so much.

She's still the same, she's still the Bada I've known.
