3rd POV: Peter sat on the couch in the Avengers living room, rubbing his eyes in mental exhaustion.
"So what are we supposed to be doing now?" Psylocke asked aloud for anyone to answer but received no response from the people in the room.
"I guess we just wait for whatever kang's planning to do next." Peter eventually spoke.
"Can you possibly magic us a portal back to our universe?" Ben asked his brother.
"Or perhaps a way to kang himself?" Ororo added, a frown playing on her lips. "I do not enjoy being shown to different omniverses just for his entertainment, and I would love to express that with him personally." The mutant finished, lightning dancing across her fingertips to empathise her point.
"As much as I'd like to, I don't think I have the ability to open portals to other omniverses." Peter answered, much to the silent annoyance of many.
They all just sat and waited in relative silence before everything began to shake. Everyone held onto the thing nearest to them to maintain balance.
"The heck is happening now?!?!" Kaine yelled out.
"No goddamn clue!!" Spiderman yelled.
"Wait, what's that coming out of the sea?!" The British telepath yelled, and everyone turned to where betsy was pointing.
From what they could see, a building was slowly ascending from the sea, looking taller and as it kept rising out of the sea before it eventually reached it's peak and the shaking stopped. The 5 Marvel heroes moved towards the window to get a better look at the building and saw that it was actually a very giant tower with storm clouds surrounding it. The one thing that stood out about the tower, besides it being a very tall tower, was the familiar Mortal kombat dragon.

"Did kang bring that tower from the universe we were just in?" The British telepath asked.
"I don't know." Spiderman said before he created a magic circle under himself, and he was back in his black suit and cloak of levitation. "Let's find out, though." He said as he created a portal behind him that led to the very top of the tower. The 5 heroes cautiously stepped through the portal, ready for anything to spring up on them just in case, but they found nothing and sensed nothing in the vicinity. After looming around, they spotted a door that both Ben and kaine cautiously opened to reveal a very long hallway lit by torches.
"Well, deeper down the rabbit hole we go." Spidey said as he walked through the hallway, followed by his 2 clones and 2 X women.
After a short trek through the hall, they came across another door that Spiderman pushed open to reveal an empty chamber with blue etheral energy flowing through cracks in the walls and the ground with a similar blue bundle of energy in the center.
