<DESTRUCTION'S POV>

The next morning, I woke in Chaos' arm, as I had for a thousand years by now. I smiled up at him and gently kissed him, making him blink and glance down at me.

"Oh- hey. Good morning," he murmured softly, tightening his arms around me.

"Morning," I replied quietly, my voice still drowsy.

I yawned quietly and cuddled Chaos, my head resting on his chest as I wrapped myself around him and clung onto him like a koala. Chaos laughed quietly, holding me tightly.

I glanced up at him.

"Are we still on for mental health day?" I murmured quietly.

"Of course we are," Chaos replied softly. "Do you have anything in mind?"

"No, not really. I feel bad about saying this, but... I kinda wish that the rest of the team wasn't here. I love them all, but it might've been better if we got a day to ourselves, you know?" I sighed quietly.

"Don't feel bad about it. If you want, I could send the team on a mission. A real one. Then, we would get things done while also having our mental health day," Chaos offered with a shrug.

"Wouldn't they be suspicious when I don't come with them on a mission? I always do. Plus, Eta hates me-"

"Eta doesn't hate you," Chaos cut me off gently. "He doesn't. You said something while you were angry. You didn't mean it. He knows that."

I bit my lip and settled back into his arms.

"I'll take care of that later," I mumbled quietly.

"It'll be fine," Chaos reassured softly.

I gave a small nod, clearly not believing him. Chaos decided not to push it.

"I don't think they'd be suspicious of you. I mean, Order gave us the paperwork in front of them yesterday. They could easily think we were working," Chaos shrugged.

I gave a reluctant nod.

"I... guess that makes sense," I said tensely.

"Don't stress so much, Struct. I can handle this, okay?" Chaos murmured comfortingly.

"Nah, I'll still tell them with you. What kinda mission are you thinking of?" I asked curiously, reluctantly getting up from his arms and stretching.

"Earth. Dove and Eta were doing alright last time, and Forger blended in perfectly. We could get information," Chaos shrugged, getting up as well.

"That actually makes sense," I replied, slightly surprised.

"Not like I have billions of years of experience," Chaos smirked.

I rolled my eyes and reached up to kiss him.

"I have a thousand, so what?" I scoffed with no maliciousness.

Chaos laughed quietly.

"Struct, correct me if my math is wrong, but in pretty sure 80 billion is more than a thousand," Chaos teased playfully.

"Well, actually, numbers and measuring systems are all made up to estimate things," I smirked back. "So, in conclusion, numbers aren't real."

"Time is," Chaost retorted jokingly.

"Not if Chronos died," I shot back playfully.

"And how do you think a Primordial would die?" Chaos teased, chuckling in victory.
