Chapter 20: Crossroads

The next day after the final exams, everyone was constantly talking about them through out. Some of them were happy, some of them were okay with it and some of them of course were disappointed and displeased for those who failed.

Mina: Everyone... I look forward... to hearing your stories... about training camp...

Izuku: W-We don't know for sure yet! There might be a last minute twist!

Satsuki: Yeah so stop worrying way too much.

Hanta: Stop, Midoriya. If you say it out loud it'll probably jinx it.

Denki: If we failed the exams, then we'd have to skip training camp and be in summer school hell. If you guys still don't get it, then you're dumber than monkeys!

He then used two of his fingers to attempt to poke Satsuki's eyes only for him to grab them with both of his right hand.

Satsuki: I get it, you're upset. But that doesn't mean you can just take your frustrations on me because you failed the exam.

Ishtar: Exactly. You caused your own failure.

Ereshkigal: Um, we didn't see them when they were doing their exam so that doesn't mean you can go ahead and said they failed right off the bat....

Ishtar: The fact they said they failed proves everything!

Denki: But...but......

Hanta: Calm down. That's too long. I don't know, either. Besides we were on the same team with you and Ashido but you still have to keep your hopes up for a bit. Anyway since we don't know how they are scoring it..... 

Denki: If you feel bad for us, then I dunno, just bring me back lots of stuff!

The door then flew open revealing Aizawa glaring towards the students.

Shota: Once the bell rings, get in your seats.

Everyone with the exception of those who were seated, Satsuki included rushed to their seats and the room quickly fell silent.

Shota: Morning. Unfortunately, there are those who did not pass the final exams. Accordingly, for the training camp in the woods...everyone's going!

He then gave a weird grin which made the five shocked.

Hanta/Denki/Mina/Rikido/Eijiro: A last minute twist!

Eijiro: We can go too?!

Mina: Really?!

Shota: Yeah, some failed, but no one failed the written exam. In the practical, Kirishima, Kaminari, Ashido, Sato and Sero failed.

Shota: For this time's exam, we on the villain side made sure to leave a way for the students to win while watching to see how you all would take on the task at hand. If we hadn't, most of you would've gotten stuck before you started.

Satsuki: Of course not only were they holding back, they also left us an opening for us, I'm not surprised at this point.

Ishtar: So much for the whole plan, I now feel dissatisfied with the victory, I got over the geezer.....

Mashirao: So when you said you were really out to crush us.......

Shota : That was to make you feel cornered. In the first place, the training camp in the woods is one to increase strength. So those who failed it the most. That have to get stronger.  It was a rational falsehood.

Hanta/Denki/Eijiro/Rikido/Mina: 'A rational falsehood?!'

Tenya: I was tricked again....! As expected of U.A. However, since you lied to us twice, our faith in you will waver!
