Lester will text Michael, Maddie or Franklin, whoever is the character in play, saying they need a fire truck. They can obtain this by either calling the emergency services and have one come to him or find one at a fire station in Los Santos.
No matter which option is chosen, a one-star wanted level will be gained. Once you've lost the cops, the fire truck needs to be driven to Darnell Bros to complete the mission.
