After spending time with Alex's newborn niece, something in you clicks up, feeling the strong desire for a baby of your own...and so you confront Alex about it.

(Author's note: I looked, and it doesn't appear that Alex has any brother or sister, but for the sake of the story, I gave him a sister, if that doesn't bother you too much. Plus, Alex is one of my favorites, my little darling, so I hope you enjoy this story <3)

Witnessing Alex's interaction with his newborn niece was such a pleasure, filling you with an overwhelming sense of joy. It was a refreshing sight to see him in a moment of normality, away from the demanding responsibilities of his uniform and the intense missions he undertakes that take up weeks, if not months, of his life.

However, what started out as a simple visit quickly turned into a babysitting rescue. Alex's sister's husband, Mark, suddenly had to leave for work due to an unforeseen emergency, leaving his wife, Susan, exhausted and too tired to care for the baby alone. With sincere persuasion, both you and Alex managed to convince her to take some much-needed rest while you took care of her baby.

Conveniently located in the living room, you and Alex were immersed in a peaceful atmosphere while Susan slept peacefully upstairs. Alex lovingly cradled her precious newborn niece, rocking her effortlessly in her arms, radiating a deep sense of affection and trust. The soft hum of the television in the background added a relaxing touch to the already serene atmosphere of the room, only filling the silence.

At that moment, as you watched the touching scene unfold before you, a radiant smile lit up your face. The sight of Alex cradling the baby in his tender embrace filled your heart with an overwhelming sense of joy and warmth. It was as if a wave of pure happiness washed over you, leaving you unable to contain your adoration. Caught in the act of looking at him fondly, Alex couldn't help but notice your expression on him.

"What's on your mind? Why do you look at me like that?" he inquired, his voice tinged with curiosity and a touch of anticipation.

With a sparkle in his eyes and an eagerness to share the precious bundle of joy, he extended an invitation, "Would you like to hold her?"

A soft smile played on your lips as you couldn't resist the longing to hold the baby in your arms. "Yes, I would absolutely love to hold her," you confessed, your voice filled with genuine affection and eagerness. With a warm and radiant smile, Alex carefully lifted the precious bundle, bringing her closer to you.

"Then come, sit beside me," he warmly invited, gesturing towards the seat next to him. Without hesitation, you settled down, delicately cradling the baby's tiny head and supporting her back with utmost tenderness. Your embrace was filled with a deep sense of care and devoted affection. As you held her close, you couldn't help but admire her absolute adorableness.

However, Alex playfully warned, "But don't fall in love with her too much. I'll need her back in a few minutes," a mischievous twinkle dancing in his eyes as he winked at you.

With a playful laugh, you couldn't resist teasingly responding, "I can't make any promises. I might just be tempted to kidnap her and keep her all to myself."
