I opened the door to the apartment. A chandelier twinkled and a bright bouquet of flowers stood proudly in its vase. I smiled, taking off my shoes and jacket putting them to the side, and finally making a leap onto the sofa in relief. All of a sudden, my phone beeped. I took it out, frowning as I unlocked it with a swipe of the pattern. Who could be texting me at this hour? A notification popped up from Whatsapp. My frown disappeared with a smile in its placement. "It's Jugeong! She must have sent me an update on that reference." I thought.
I swiped on the notification, opening it. Jugeong: "Hey, Soojin! I emailed the owner the reference I wrote for you! She says she'll contact you and let you do a trial shift tomorrow!" I grinned, my fingers moving rapidly to reply. Soojin: "OMG! Jugeong, this is great news! Thank you so much again, I seriously owe you one! I jumped up squealing. "OMG!
