Unfortunately there were no flights today so I had to wait until tomorrow.
I decided to text Kara because Lando wasn't replying to any of my messages.
She was the only one who knew about Jamie.

Unfortunately I wasn't so sure about that, he invited her in the garage, so he clearly didn't expect it to be Jamie.
I couldn't blame him, he had other things to worry about and I should've told him I was going back to Monaco before I actually left.

I was so stupid, so fucking stupid.

I arrived back in England the next day, way too late because the race already started.
I've been keeping track on Lando and Mclaren during my trip.
Lando didn't post much but Mclaren did. All happy pictures of Lando, it made me realize that he didn't know what happened, or maybe he did and he didn't do anything stupid.
I was praying it was the latter.

Kara fixed a paddock pass for Josh, but unfortunately she couldn't find Lando in his room. He didn't open the door or he just wasn't there last night, which was even weirder.

"So what's the plan?" Josh said as we scanned our passes and walked through the paddock. "Easy, I'm gonna confront Jamie" and hopefully not punch her face in.
If she touched Lando even with one finger, she didn't know what was coming for her.

I walked in the garage, no one was paying attention to me because they were all focused on the race.
I grabbed Jamie's arm and pulled her with me to a quiet corner. "What the fuck Jamie" I said as I looked at her.
God, she really inspired her clothes and hair on me.
"Oh hi Aimée" she smiled a little as if she was expecting me.
"What are you doing here?" My voice trembled a little. Not because I was scared of her but because I was scared of her answer.
Scared of what happened last night.
"Well, at first I just wanted some money but damn Lando is actually so sweet and it's kinda fun to be his girlfriend" she laughed a little. "I think I fell for him" she continued.

"And he's big, right?" She smirked right in my face. My stomach dropped and I felt so nauseous right now.
"What?" I clenched my teeth. He knew my body, he would surely recognize some differences, right?
"He trusts you so much that he just fucks without condom because you're on birth control" she said as she leaned her face closer to mine. "Too bad I am not" she whispered.
I was stunned. I couldn't move, or talk.
She walked passed me, brushing her shoulder against mine.

He had sex with her, thinking it was me. Or did he know it wasn't me?
Did he know it was Jamie? No, he wouldn't do that.

Josh was leaning against the wall, he probably heard the whole thing.
"What now?" He asked softly. I shrugged my shoulders. I couldn't stay here.
I walked out of the garage, out of the paddock. Josh was following close behind me. "Damn she literally looks exactly the same as you" he stated the obvious. I just rolled my eyes at his comment.
I obviously knew that.
"What if she's pregnant?" I looked at Josh, who didn't have an answer.

I wasn't mad at Lando, I felt bad for him. How was he gonna react?
I couldn't even think about that.
