"So you think it's funny?" Rhys looked at me, still holding my arm.
"What do you mean?" I said as I tried to get out of his grip.
"You used me to get closer to Lando? To get in the paddock? And now you're fucking him?" He was looking right in my eyes, but I saw the anger in his eyes.
It scared me, because I knew how he could be.
"Don't flatter yourself like that. Lando and I were already close" I knew it would make him even angrier but I didn't care.
He needed to be humbled. He had nothing to do with Lando and I.
Nothing at all.
He pulled me closer to his body, his hand was wrapped tight around my arm.

"I suggest you leave my girlfriend alone before I kick you the fuck out" Lando said as he pushed Rhys away.
His hand finally left my arm, it was definitely gonna leave a bruise.
Lando took a step closer to him so he was standing between me and him.
"Mate, run now you still can. She's a succubus" Rhys pointed at me while he kept his eyes locked on Lando.
I had no idea what he meant by that but just by looking at Lando, I knew he did.
He was clenching his teeth against each other, probably trying not to punch him in the face.
"First of all, I'm not your mate and second, you better never talk or even think about her again or you'll be without a job real fast"
Rhys didn't respond to that, he just smirked at me and walked passed us.

Lando quickly turned around and pulled me in his arms.
"Thank you" I mumbled as I put my head against his chest. "If he ever talks to you again, please let me know" he said as he kissed the top of my head.
"What is a succubus?" I asked as I looked up at him. English wasn't my first language after all.
He shook his head and kissed my cheek softly. "Don't worry about it baby" he said as his hand brushed my arm.
"Will you be okay?" I nodded at his question. He had to go do his media duties so I didn't want to hold him up.
"Text me if you need me" he said as he kissed me quickly before walking out of the hospitality.

Not much later I also walked out of the hospitality, I walked straight to the Ferrari hospitality.
I needed to see Kara, for once I was actually happy she was fake dating Charles.
I loved having her around.

She was sitting at her usual spot, in front of the hospitality.
Charles was sitting next to her, but got up and kissed her. His hand was placed on her cheek and it actually looked like a genuine kiss.
Also because there was no one around and they definitely didn't see me yet.
Was there something more going on?

I walked to Kara after Charles left. She smiled as soon as she saw me. "Boring day huh?" She said. Well it was already way too exciting for me.
"Rhys just kind of attacked me but yeah boring" I laughed it off but I was still a little shaken up.
"He did what? Why?" Her face dropped a little, I could see she cared a lot.
"Because I'm a succulent" I shrugged as if I knew what that meant. Kara frowned a little. "That little plant? What does that even mean?" Did Rhys call me a little plant? Now I was even more confused. "Or maybe something else. A succub.." I started but I couldn't remember the word.
"Succubus?" She asked and I immediately nodded. Kara knew exactly what it was, but also didn't really explain.
She just shook her head. "He's such an ass" she said under her breath.

I definitely had to Google succubus later.
