It's Official! (Oh Is It?)

"I violated our fifth rule and I'm not sorry for it."

"You don't have to say anything, Angelique.  I just wanted you to know. Alam kong iba ang gusto mo. Alam ko hindi ako, kaya hindi ko ipipilit na mahalin mo rin ako dahil alam kong ayaw natin pareho no'n. I just wanted you to know. I just want to be with you."

"I'll wait, Angelique. I will."

I was woken up from my thoughts and found myself smiling as his words stained my mind when my phone beeped for the second time. Like he said a few days ago, he is waiting. He really does. May gestures din siya na hatid-sundo niya ako lagi. Tulad ngayon, he sent me messages telling me he'd drive me home. I compose my reply, 'Alright. Waiting. Drive safe.' and sent him.

There's something new about... us. The rules we made were all lifted. Oh, perhaps hindi na bago 'yon dahil laging naba-violate. And think, good thing na rin, dahil nagmumukhang useless.

"Girl, una na ako ha? Sure kang okay ka lang na maghintay sa sundo mo rito?" Tumango ako kay Chary. Nasa hallway kami pareho, sa labas ng campus dahil it's dismissal time. Sina Keisha at Ales, nauna na dahil may requirements silang kailangan tapusin. Si Kian naman nag-start na sa kanyang job training kaya wala sa campus ngayon. Kami naman ni Cha ay next month, probably.

"Sure ka talaga ha? Baka mamaya sugurin ka ng mga inggiterang higad at tsismosa nating schoolmates."

"Okay lang ako rito, promise. And they won't gonna hurt me. Let's just let them think whatever they want to think about me."

Cha just heaved a sigh and smiled. "Basta ha, 'pag sinugod ka ng mga 'yun, sabihan mo ako, reresbak ako para sa'yo."

I chuckled. "Oo na po, ma'am! Oh siya, naghihintay na si manong oh." I told her and gave her a hug. She waved me bye and hopped into her car.

What she meant was about the rumors circulating on campus. That... I am a playgirl, timer, whore dahil dini-date ko 'raw' si Kiel and at the same time si Xyrone. Hindi na bago sa akin ang rumors about me and Kiel, but taking those negatively? Oh, I think that's too much.

I didn't tell Xyrone about this; he might become mad. Hinayaan ko na lang kung ano'ng gusto nilang isipin. What they see is what they get. Rumors will always be rumors. Alam ko namang magsasawa rin ang mga 'yan.

Ilang minuto ang lumipas nang tumigil ang isang pulang Mercedes Benz na kotse, the one that drove is wearing a short navy blue sleeve and white pants. Ngumiti siya pagkababa at nilagay sa head ang black shade na suot.

Compared to before, he smiles oftentimes whenever he sees me. And it looks great on him. Hindi siya nagmumukhang mayabang na supladong kingkong. Oops!

"Kanina ka pa ba naghihintay? Sorry, may road incident kasing nangyari that it caused traffic jam." Bungad niya.

"No, sandali lang naman, and it's fine. May road incident? Are you okay?"

"I am. Hindi naman ako, mga riders 'yon." Sagot niya. I smiled with relief. Akala ko kasi siya eh. "Nag-alala ka 'no?" He confidently asked and chuckled.

I chuckle. "Of course.... walang susundo sa'kin kung nagkataon."

"Sus! Nag-alala ka kasi mahal mo na ako. Di'ba, di'ba?" Nilapit niya ang mukha niya sa'kin at tsaka ako kiniliti sa tagiliran.

"Feeling!" I chuckled at tsaka lumayo'ng konti sa kanya. Umarte naman siyang na-hurt sa sinabi ko kaya mahina ko siyang hinampas sa balikat, tumatawa. "Tara na nga lang."

He opened the car's door for me and was about to assist me in hopping in, but not until a group of friends passed by with some blabbers, which just made me shake my head.
