Sophies pov <3

I get to the train station with George and Lee after seeing him already walking there. After using the chariots to get there we enter platform 9¾.

The red steam trains already there gleaming at us. We walk towards it, George and Lee in idle conversation.

We walk up the train hall, me in the middle and Lee and George infront and behind me. We walk straight to the back of the train and in the right corner, we're the compartments are bigger and into the right compartment.

The very back right compartment was used my most of our parents and us for every time we have been on it. It's covered in stickers, abit of spray paint, graffiti and engravings. The compartments full of all our friends.

I step over a few of my friends and sit right next to the window, Lee sits on the floor infront of me and George sits to my left.

The room fills with chatter and different noises coming from my friends phones and I start to zone out. My mind thinking back to the prospect of Ilvermorny coming to the UK and then I feel my mind straying back to my time at Ilvermorny and in America in general.

My breathe hitches and my chest tightens. I dig around in my packets for a vape but there is nothing there only the stolen packet of ciggerettes.

Really I don't mean to smoke this is very different situation and I don't do it often and there is just no chance I'm addicted.

"You've been having quite alot of those recently" George turns to me

"How would you know?" I light it with my wand

"I've seen you and Fred told me you robbed him" he laughs

"Yeah well that's his fucking problem isn't it" I laugh after 2 hits and offering it to him. He takes it greatfully.

"Do you think we have to go back to the cabin beforehand?"

"I think we do, we left it in abit of a mess and we have to get it party ready"

"Fine we'll go first thing, I think me and fred forgot some things anyway"

I feel Lee shuffling around my legs. He pulls a small cage out off a bag and swings the little door open, he reaches his hand in, and pulls out a large, furry, black tarantula.

Everyone has weird crazy pets, the hogwarts pet rule was ebolished in 1984 so we are aloud to bring themto school. Lee has a tarantula called Pluto, Angel has a monkey called Peppers, Jess has a rabit called Helios, Dora has a Raccoon called Stripes, Fred and George have two lizards called Rocket and Comet, Luna has a hedgehog called Prickles, Briar has a big black cat called Lucifer, I have Hermes my parot.

"Isn't he cute" Lee smiles widely at the big spider crawling up his arm.

"I want to say hi to pluto" Briar says hold her hand out

Pluto scurries up her hand and into her dark hair, crawling over the crown of head and over her eye. Briar loves the spider alot but she does want to get one incase her cat kills it.

I remember Hermes in the pets area and realise I haven't fed up. I jump up, throwing my ciggerette out of the window and step over my friends and into the train.

I drag my feet across to hallway when I hear my compartment door cloos again, I turn and it's George walking towards me

"Your coming too?" I ask

"Couldn't let the pretty lady wonder off by herself now could I?" He smirks at me and put one hand on my waist

"I don't know could you?" He presses his fron against my back and my heart starts beating at 100 mph. This would have been normal last year but its quite different in this situation

"Afraid not" his smirk widening. A compartment door starts opening some wat infront of us and he let's go

Three Syltherin boys walk out, George, towering over them walks straight inbetween them knocking them out of the way unapologetically. I follow behind him.

One of them grabs my hand and I flinch slightly.

"Hey there sweetheart"

I look up and its a dark haired boy that looks to be I'm my year with a slightly crooked nose.

"Who the fuck are you mate" I laugh dryly suddenly getting really annoyed

"Hey I'm being nice" he smiles oddly, as I he doesn't smile much

"I need to go" I turn to leave

"I just want to introduce myself" he pulls me back

"Quick" my head starts to heart and I have to pay attention to my breathing, I feel my hand shaking by my side

"I'm Adrian Pucey" he looks too smug

"Cool bye" I turn again, quicker, my hair wiping my face

"Atleast tell me your name" he pesters, not letting go

"Let go" I raise my voice, now desperately trying to leave

"Not until I hear your name baby"the nicknames are now starting to freak me out

"Vanessa Phoenix" I smile tightly, making up a lie on the spot

"Nice to meet you" he goes to speak again when Georges aproaching voice interrupts him

"What's going on here?" Hge walks quickly toward the situation, hands in his pockets

"Nothing bye" I feel Adrians grip loosen and take the chance to tug strongly and free myself. I turn and quickly walk around George and towards where I put Hermes's cage

"Goodbye Vanessa" he calls

"Vanessa?" George looks at me

"I'll tell you in a minute" I smile, relieved
