WWE Women's Tag Team Championships [Reign #2]: Won with "Damage CTRL" stablemate Iyo Sky/Io Shirai back from Alexa Bliss and Asuka, 5 days after losing the titles to them, on November 5th 2022 at WWE Crown Jewel 2022, with Dakota Kai picking up the pinfall win after Nikki Cross interfered in the match by attacking her former WWE Women's Tag Team Championship tag partner Alexa Bliss before Bliss could attempt to do her "Twisted Bliss" finisher again.

Lost The Titles To: "The Man" Becky Lynch and WWE Hall of Famer Lita on February 27th 2023 in what was (in my opinion) the best thing of a rather rotten/boring (depending on your opinion) episode of WWE Monday Night Raw.

WWE Women's Tag Team Championships [Reign #1]: Won with stablemate Iyo Sky/Io Shirai as part of the stable "Damage CTRL" from Aliyah and Raquel Rodriguez/Raquel Gonzalez on September 12th 2022 at an episode of WWE Monday Night Raw.

Lost The Titles To: Alexa Bliss and "The Empress of Tomorrow" Asuka on October 31st 2022 (aka Halloween!) on the Halloween edition of WWE Monday Night Raw in the main event, with Bliss picking up the win for her team after Asuka helped take down Iyo Sky, before Bliss hit the latter Joshi Wrestler with the "Twisted Bliss" for the win.

NXT Women's Tag Team Championships [Reign #2]: Won with Raquel Gonzalez, whom she had reunited with a few days prior on NXT 2.0, from "Toxic Attraction's" Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne on April 2nd 2022 at NXT's Stand & Deliver 2022 on the Pre-Show.

Side-Note: This title reign made Raquel and Dakota the first tag team to win the titles twice.

Lost The Titles Back To: "Toxic Attraction" on April 5th 2022 on the episode of NXT 2.0 that took place 3 days after NXT Stand & Deliver and Night 1 of Wrestlemania 38, making "Toxic Attraction" the second tag team to hold the titles twice in the process.

NXT Women's Tag Team Championships [Reign #1]: Both Raquel Gonzalez and Dakota Kai were awarded the titles by NXT's General Manager, William Regal, on March 10th 2021 at an episode of NXT and became the inaugural champions at the same time.

The two were crowned the first NXT Women's Tag Team Champions, due to them both winning that years Women's Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic Tournament, and due to both Dakota and Raquel having been screwed out of winning the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships against Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler the week prior to being crowned the inaugural NXT Women's Tag Team Champions.

Lost The Titles To: Shotzi Blackheart and Ember Moon on the same night that Gonzalez and Dakota were crowned the inaugural champions.

Shimmer Tag Team Championships [Reign #1]: Won the titles as Evie with Heidi Lovelace (aka Ruby Riott/Ruby Soho) as part of the team "Team Slap Happy" from "The Kimber Bombs" Cherry Bomb (aka Allie/The Bunny) and Kimber Lee on June 26th 2016 at Shimmer Wrestling's Volume 84 in a four corners tag team match that also involved 

Lost The Titles To: "Mount Tessa's" Tessa Blanchard and Vanessa Kraven on November 13th 2016 at Shimmer Wrestling's Volume 89.

Artist of Stardom Championships [Reign #1]: Won the vacant titles as Evie with Hiroyo Matsumoto and Kellie Skater as part of the trio team "Team Hyper Destroyers" on December 6th 2015 at World Wonder Ring Stardom's Goddesses of Stars 2015, defeating the teams of Io Shirai, Mayu Iwatani, and Momo Watanabe, and "Oedo Tai's" Act Yasukawa, Kris Wolf, and Kyoko Kimura in a Three-Way Tag Team Match to win the vacant titles.

Lost The Titles To: "Threedom's" Io Shirai, Kairi Hojo (aka Kairi Sane), and Mayu Iwatani on February 28th 2016 at Stardom's Osaka Taikai 2016.
