Note: As always, these will be in reverse chronological order. Also, if there is any requests, I will do a separate file based on AJ's title wins prior to WWE (basically his NWA-TNA/TNA, ROH, PWG, NJPW, and RevPro wins).

WWE Raw Tag Team Championships [Reign #1] - Won with his then kayfabe bodyguard Omos from "The New Day's" Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods on April 10th 2021 at WWE's Wrestlemania 37 Night 1, with Omos pinning Kofi to win the match by hitting a Two-Handed Chokebomb and then pinning Kofi with his foot on Kofi's chest. 

Side-Note: With this win, Styles became both a Triple Crown Champion for Raw and a Grand Slam Champion.

Lost The Titles To: "RK-Bro's" Randy Orton and Matt Riddle on August 21st 2021 at WWE's Summerslam 2021.

[Days Held: 133 Days - Successful Title Defences: 5 (1 Defence At A Live Event)].

WWE Intercontinental Championship [Reign #1] - Defeated Daniel Bryan on June 12th 2020 at the episode of WWE Friday Night Smackdown 2 days before the 2020 WWE Extreme Rules At The Horror Show in the finals of a tournament for Sami Zayn's vacant title. 

The title itself had been vacated from Sami Zayn because Sami left WWE because of the Covid-19 pandemic (very reasonable I say), however WWE officially recognise AJ's title reign beginning on June 8th 2020 due to tape delays.

Lost The Title To: Jeff Hardy on August 21st 2020 on the episode of WWE Smackdown before the 2020 WWE Summerslam.

[Days Held: Between 74 to 70 Days (Due to tape delays) - Successful Title Defences: 3].

#2: WWE United States Championship [Reign #3] - Won from Ricochet on July 14th 2019 at WWE Extreme Rules 2020 - Lost The Title To: Rey Mysterio on November 25th 2019 on the episode of WWE Monday Night Raw a day after the 2019 WWE Survivor Series, losing the title due to interference by Randy Orton who hit an "RKO" on Styles during the match.

[Days Held: 134 Days - Successful Title Defences: 5].

#3: WWE Championship [Reign #2] - Won from Jinder Mahal on November 7th 2017 at an episode of Tuesday Night WWE Smackdown Live, 12 days before the 2017 Survivor Series event - Lost The Title To: Daniel Bryan on November 13th 2018 at another episode of WWE Smackdown Live, this time 5 days before the 2018 WWE Survivor Series on the same night Daniel turned heel, and a week before Daniel started calling himself "The New" Daniel Bryan.

[Days Held: 371 Days - Successful Title Defences: 13].

#4: WWE United States Championship [Reign #2] - Won from Kevin Owens, 2 days after losing the title to him (supposedly by accident), on July 25th 2017 on the episode of WWE Smackdown Live 2 days after the 2017 WWE Battleground event. 

Lost The Title To: Baron Corbin on October 8th 2017 at WWE Hell In A Cell 2017 in an impromptu Triple Threat Match that also involved late addition to the match Tye Dyllinger, the latter of which was added to the match that night by Daniel Bryan due to having defeated #1 contender Baron Corbin on Smackdown some time prior.

[Days Held: 75 Days - Successful Title Defences: 3].

#5: WWE United States Championship [Reign #1] - Won from Kevin Owens on July 7th 2017 at a Live Event at Madison Square Garden - Lost The Title Back To: Kevin Owens, supposedly by accident, on July 23rd 2017 at WWE Battleground 2017, when Owens pinned Styles whilst Styles had the "Calf Crusher" submission locked in. Whether or not it was an accidental/botch title change has still been neither confirmed or denied.

#6: WWE Championship [Reign #1] - Won from Dean Ambrose on September 11th 2016 at WWE Backlash 2016, about 8 months after AJ's WWE debut! - Lost The Title To: John Cena on January 29th 2017 at WWE Royal Rumble 2017 in the match of the evening by far!
