Reminder: This is in reverse chronological order, and it also won't include his Money In The Bank Briefcase win.

WWE Championship [Reign #1]: Won from Bobby Lashley on September 13th 2021 at an episode of WWE Monday Night Raw due to SmackDown wrestler Big E cashing in his Money In The Bank Briefcase on Lashley minutes after the latter had retained the WWE Championship against Randy Orton and had seemingly injured himself after putting Orton through the announcers table.

Big E cashed in the briefcase after hyping up the cash-in all show long and even earlier in the day via social media, and hit the "Big Ending" on Lashley to pick up the win and title.

Fun Side-Note: With this victory, Big E became the 33rd WWE Triple Crown Champion, the fifth former NXT Champion to win a major championship on the Main Roster, and historically both only the 4th black WWE Champion and 6th black world champion in WWE.

Lost The Title To: Brock Lesnar on January 1st 2022 at WWE's Day 1 pay-per-view in a Fatal 5-Way Match that also involved Seth Rollins, Kevins Owens, and Bobby Lashley, with Lesnar pinning Big E to win the title.

The match was originally scheduled to be a Fatal 4-Way Match that was supposed to see Big E defend the WWE Championship against Seth Rollins, Kevin Owens and Bobby Lashley, however Lesnar was inserted into the title match on the night of the show, due to Brock's original opponent for the night - WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns - having to pull out of the event due to announcing that same day that he had tested positive for Covid-19, meaning that the WWE Universal Championship match was cancelled.
