WWE Women's Championship [2023 to Current Version]/WWE Raw Women's Championship [Reign #1]: Won as Iyo Sky from Bianca Belair on August 5th 2023 at WWE's Summerslam 2023, with Sky winning the title minutes after Belair had regained the title from Asuka in a Triple Threat Match also involving Charlotte Flair, and after both Iyo and her fellow "Damage CTRL" team mate Bayley had taken out Charlotte, Asuka, and Belair with Iyo's Money In The Bank Briefcase that Iyo had won the previous month at Money In The Bank 2023, before Iyo cashed in the briefcase and pinned Belair off of hitting the "Sky Moonsault" to win the title! 

She is the current champion.

WWE Women's Tag Team Championships [Reign #2]: Won as Iyo Sky with stablemate Dakota Kai back from Alexa Bliss and Asuka, 5 days after losing the titles to them, on November 5th 2022 at WWE Crown Jewel 2022, with Dakota Kai picking up the pinfall win after Nikki Cross interfered in the match by attacking her former WWE Women's Tag Team Championship tag partner Alexa Bliss before Bliss could attempt to do her "Twisted Bliss" finisher again.

Lost The Titles To: "The Man" Becky Lynch and WWE Hall of Famer Lita on February 27th 2023 in what was (in my opinion) the best thing of a rather rotten/boring (depending on your opinion) episode of WWE Monday Night Raw.

WWE Women's Tag Team Championships [Reign #1]: Won as Iyo Sky with Dakota Kai as part of the stable "Damage CTRL" from Aliyah and Raquel Rodriguez/Raquel Gonzalez on September 12th 2022 at an episode of WWE Monday Night Raw.

Lost The Titles To: Alexa Bliss and "The Empress of Tomorrow" Asuka on October 31st 2022 (aka Halloween!) on the Halloween edition of WWE Monday Night Raw in the main event, with Bliss picking up the win for her team after Asuka helped take down Iyo Sky, before Bliss hit the latter Joshi Wrestler with the "Twisted Bliss" for the win.

NXT Women's Tag Team Championships [Reign #1]: Won as Io Shirai with Zoey Stark from "The Way's" Candice LeRae and Indi Hartwell on April 6th 2021 at the NXT The Great American Bash 2021 special episode, with Stark picking up the pinfall win over Hartwell after a returning Tegan Nox helped the babyface team pick up the win.

Lost The Titles To: "Toxic Attraction's" Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne on October 26th 2021 at the special NXT 2.0 Halloween Havoc episode in a Triple Threat Scareway to Hell Ladder Match that also involved the team of Indi Hartwell and Persia Pirotta.

NXT Women's Championship [Reign #1]: Won from Charlotte Flair on June 7th 2020 at NXT TakeOver: In Your House in a Triple Threat Match that also involved Rhea Ripley, pinning Rhea in order to win the title.
