It's been five months, and no Julien. I called out his name many times, whether verbally or mentally, and he never answered.

Even though Shawn wasn't mistreating me, I still couldn't shake the hurtful feeling of being blackmailed into this relationship.

I've gotten caught up in my feelings for him and would forget sometimes, but something inside me wouldn't let my delusion last too long.

"Baby girl, you're going to love this place. The Carribean food is amazing."

We held hands walking into a party hall called Xaviers for an awards ceremony.

Once or twice a month, we went to these get-togethers to hang out with Shawn's business partners and peers. I noticed some of the people there were wearing marine and army suits. I wondered how corrupt they were too.

"Well I'll be damn...Staff Sergeant."

An older man walked up to Shawn, and they exchanged handshakes. I knew he had served in the army before but was never interested enough to know more.

"General, it's good to see you."

I stood to the side, not wanting to be involved, but Shawn grabbed my hand, then whispered in my ear.

"Act like you want to be here..."

He squeezed my hand, and I got the point. After almost an hour of walking around and listening to boring military talk, I was ready for the ladies' room.

I excused myself and was finally let go from Shawn's hand. Once in the restroom, I went to handle business, then washed my hands.

As I dried them, I took a few deep breaths. I noticed no one was in the stalls, and I looked into the mirror.

"Julien."

My body yearned to hear his voice, but there was nothing, like all the other times. Disappointed again, I walked out of the restroom, making my way back to snoozeville with Shawn.

"Oh, there she goes."

I stopped in my tracks.

"Zena?"

My father was standing there with a look of surprise on his face. With no words, I turned and walked away.

Julien, I miss you.

It was late when I pulled up to the Stacks Warehouse. I spent all day trying to mentally communicate with Zena to no avail. My patience was wearing thin, not being able to see or hear her.

She must have truly given up.

The thought could have broken my heart, but I refused to believe that my Fleur would intentionally try to block me.

Multiple cars pulled up to the side of the building. Two of the incompetent men that I had the meeting with a few months prior got out of the cars with their goons.

Unfortunately, I did not see Shawn. But I still had some unfinished business with Mike and Tanner.

There were seven of them in total going into the entrance. I waited a few minutes, then got out of my car. It was starting to mist outside, and my mind went to the first day I met Zena.

"Hey, this is private property. No trespassing."

The voice broke me out of my thoughts. I put my hands up mid way.

"I'm no threat. I'm here to speak with Mr. Tanner and Mr. Mike...it's about business."

The man walked a few steps closer. "It's a little late for you to be wanting to talk business."

He put his hands in his pants pockets, letting me see the weapon on his hip. I gave a smirk...So predictable.

"Well, I wish to settle a debt, and I'll be out of your hair."

His two-way radio went off, then he began to explain the situation. I waited patiently while I mapped out when and which targets I would take out first. I knew this visit wasn't going to be pretty, and for my own amusement, I was wishing on it.

"What's your name?"

"Julien Laurent."

He repeated my name into the two-way radio, and the number of men in front of me grew from one to ten. The other three must have already been in the building.

"Aw, all this for me?"

Of course, tough guy Tanner was the first to come forward.

"What the hell are you doing here, Laurent?"

"I believe you gentlemen owe me a million dollars."

They looked at each other and laughed.

"What?....You got a death wish or something?" Mike chuckled.

"No Michael, but you two must have one. Just pay me what you owe, and you'll never see me again." I smiled.

"We don't owe you shit."

"We agreed that if the deal was not up to my standards, you would pay me for wasting my time."

"Man, fuck this weirdo."

Like I expected, Tanner hauled off toward me. He swung and I dodged...we did this for another five of his swings.

"Pussy! Why do you keep running?!"

He swung again and I caught his fist in my hand. He yelled in pain as the loud snapping of his fingers could be heard.

"Aaah!!"

Tanner swung with the other hand, I dodged that as well and head-butt him. He was stunned still as blood trickled from his nose and mouth. His body fell straight back, hitting the concrete hard.

Mike stepped forward. "Tanner, get up!"

One of the other men cautiously walked towards me. I motioned him to come closer to check his pulse.

"What the fuck?! H-He's dead!"

All of the men looked at me with shock and anger...I smiled.

"So Michael....will you be paying with cash or check?"

They all pulled out their weapons which I expected. I took a deep breath, focusing on the brains of the nine men in front of me.

Soon their screams of agony filled the air as they held the sides of their heads. Blood poured from their eyes, ears, and noses. Their pain gave me a euphoric feeling, and I dread it coming to an end.

I watched as each one dropped lifeless to the ground. I walked back towards my car, and the sound that I've been yearning for came through.

Julien, I miss you.

My heart skipped a beat as I stood frozen in place. Her voice was like honey filled with want and need. My body awakened with hope and desire to kiss Zena's soft lips, then torment her body with constant orgasms and pleasure.

My sweet, beautiful Fleur.

Even though I could hear her, I still couldn't track her location.

Julien, it's really you. Please meet me at Xaviers on Dale Blvd.

Once inside my car, I sped off in laughter. My heart was filled with happiness and joy...I'll finally get to hold Zena in my arms again.

I'm on my way.
