chapter 71

The city feared his family, they feared his eldest son, Damon Russo. The name itself struck fear into many. 

The rumours about his family were quickly dismissed, no proof could be found and the family were well known. No one believed they could do such terrifying things without being caught.

Despite the rumours, the fact that the Russo's were a ruthless family in the business world had them trembling. Damon Russo had the power to do anything he wanted.

But despite his calm nature, Alesandro Russo was so much worse. He owned hotels and restaurants around the world mostly in Italy. He wasn't just a successful businessman though. He was the only one Damon would listen too, that alone would be enough for anyone to see how bad he truly could be.

Alesandro Russo may not be the Mafia boss anymore but right now he considered it a title, he didn't care if he wasn't the Mafia boss anymore. He acted like one though. The entire mafia feared Alesandro when he was pissed.

Alesandro could easily slip into his mafia role when it suited him, although now he did it for reasons unknown to most. For example when he found out some sick man had tried to sexually abuse his little girl, he tortured Henry for information and when he got it, he went and found the man. He found the man and tortured him until he begged for death. It lasted two weeks. Two weeks of the man begging for death before Alesandro finally snapped and killed him painfully.

He had the no killing or hurting kids rule because he lost his girls. He continued that rule today but he made an exception for Luca. Luca wasnt dead but he made sure to psychologically torture him before having him sent to prison. The boy was terrified of his own shadow now.

And now this lilly girl was blackmailing Emilia. His dark side came out. He wanted to make sure the bitch never bothered her again.

So he did some research. He taught his boys to know their enemy first before they attacked. That's exactly what he did.

The weekend passed quick. Nothing really happened. His boys mostly were out. Alesandro didn't want to pry into that side of their life just as they didn't hurt any innocents.

Emilia was still grounded, despite the blackmailing he wasn't going to let it go. He had been strict with his sons and a week of grounding was nothing compared to how he reacted to his sons misbehavour.

However he wanted her to be okay so whilst he planned his revenge he also had her come help him with his new restaurant as the designs were back so he allowed her to alter the designs. There was about 10 versions of what the two had wanted and from that a few 3d models which he allowed Emilia to edit. So throughout the weekend she was happy to focus on that. During the day Emilia was sat on one sofa with a laptop editing the 3d models. Alesandro sat on another, he was looking at emails and such at least that's what he told Emilia. He was focused on Lilly and how to make the bitch suffer.

Monday came and breakfast seemed to pass quickly. Emilia was worried about lilly but Alesandro wasn't worried whatsoever.

"Have a good day at school guys" he told his kids as they left.

Damon and Mason were already at work and he had cancelled all business meetings.

He went to the school for 9.30am. he headed straight in not bothering with the receptionist. He went to the principals office.

"What can I do for you Mr Russo. I didn't realise we had an appointment" the principal said. He hated when his kids got into trouble because despite being on good terms he feared the man.

"Well you know I was in the neighborhood and decided to drop by. After all  the money I've contributed to this school I think I'm entitled to see how it runs" Alesandro said taking a seat like it was his office.

"Yes and the school is beyond greatful. I can give you a tour if you'd like to see it"

Alesandro shook his head "I've cleaned up so many of your messes. My daughter got stabbed and yet I made sure there was no investigation. However I'm concerned about her"

"She's doing great though, good grades, lovely friends"

"Yes you're right I'm probably being a paranoid father however for reassurance why don't you bring one of them down here"

It wasn't a suggestion, it was a order.

The principal nodded and within 10 minutes, Lilly was sat in the principals office and Alesandro ordered the principal to leave. He knew he shouldn't but the man scared him.

Lilly gulped in fear but she was annoyed when she saw it was Alesandro Russo. All she could think was 'im going to make that bitch pay for telling'

"No need to fear me Lilly, I have never laid a hand on a child" Alesandro said getting up and walking around the desk till he was stood right behind lilly who was sat.

He didn't say a word instead he pulled out several images of Lilly buying drugs, shoplifting.

"How did you get these" Lilly whispered.

Alesandro laughed sinisterly "I may not hit a kid but I was wrong Lilly, you should fear me. This is only the beggining after all we are still in a school. But guess what, I have just become your worst nightmare. Stay away from daughter or I might just have to make an exception with my no hitting kids rule "

"You didn't say how you got them " she repeated.

"I am Alesandro Russo. I get what I want , when I want and what I want is to see you suffer"

"I'm sorry I won't go near her" Lilly tried. It was a lie.

"You know what Lilly, I'll let you in on a little secret. You know since I'm feeling quite generous today...." He was taunting her now.

"I know people often fear my eldest son the most but where do you think he learnt it from? You think my son just became a sadistic monster? I'm so much worse than him"

Lilly was genuinely scared and she was thankful that he back off once he told her that.

She breathed a sigh of relief. "You think these photos are the only thing have? I've got so much more. This is only the beggining. You're scared. Good. Wait until I truly get started. Afterall we are still in a school'  he said.

Then he backed off completely"now run along lilly, your education is important. Not that it will mean anything once I have done "

Lilly gulped but she wasn't going to back down straight away. "You said you don't hurt kids" she defended herself.

Alesandro laughed. It was more of a evil sinister laugh. He walked towards her and whispered quietly in a menacing tone"Emilia didn't kill her mother, I did. I killed her. Now what do you think I'll do to a girl I don't even know"

Lilly was truly terrified she tried to back away. No one would ever believe the confession so Alesandro had told her.

"This is only the beggining Lilly, now leave"

Thoughts on Alesandro? Would you like to see more of this side of him? Is he mafia enough or would you like to see him become darker. I have a few things planned but with Alesandro he mainly uses his words.

I know he didn't do much but he's still in a school so he's not going to do much as he doesn't want to risk being caught and found out. Also as explained in this chapter he wouldn't physically hit a child or kill them but he will Pychologically torture them if they messed with him.

Finally Alesandro definitely needs a girlfriend so I'm taking suggestions on how they meet because I have  no ideas yet on how they meet.
