She must have repeatedly looked at the number all day, even in the evening. She didn't know what to do.

She decided it was worth a try.

Emilia:can we talk, I kind of need advice.

Damon had not brought his mafia phone with him as he was just going to some random club as himself to get drunk and hook up.

However as fate would have it, Alesandro was grabbing some mafia related work from Damon's office. He heard the phone go off and he was curious. He didn't want to look. He would never have considered it if it wasn't his mafia personal phone which he knew had limited contacts and he worried about his kids. Maybe one was in danger.

He didn't realise at first who it was until he looked at the number instead of the contact.

Annoying kid.

He decided to reply wanting to make sure she was okay and knowing she wouldn't confess in person. He found it amusing that Damon had changed her contact to annoying kid.

( Emilia is annoying kid, Alesandro is using Damon's phone which Emilia has saved as the good bad guy )

Alesandro knew they needed to tell her but he was worried about how she would take it. But she was trusting a stranger instead of her family. Even though it was actually her family.

Alesandro needed to know she was okay though.

The good bad guy: that depends on what kind of advice you need. Shouldn't you speak to your family rather than me.

Emilia smiled when she saw he replied and then the guilt crept up, she needed to tell one of them.

Annoying kid : you're right but I'm scared to tell them. They are like you

Alesandro didn't like how she was scared, he wanted to be there for her for everything. Then she compared them to a mafia boss, it was slightly concerning.

Good bad guy : how are they like me

Emilia: intimidating,  my dad and my oldest brother especially, they are super smart and have achieved so much. I don't want to look weak

It broke Alesandro to read that. He decided not to reply with anything to deep. He needed to go talk to her not through a phone. It was a betrayal of her trust.

Good bad guy : I'm sure they just want what's best for you and wouldn't want you feeling like this.

Alesandro but Damon's phone back and instead of doing work he went to Emilia's room.

He knocked and she opened it only seconds later "hello bambina, you have been up here quite some time, are you okay" he asked.

She looked at her dad. She loved her family. She couldn't let lilly spread lies or even the truth about her family.

She knew he killed Alice but she had never considered him a murderer.
He was protecting them. He was the father she finally had and always wanted.

But he was the best one to tell. He wouldn't kill anyone....well he wouldn't be like Damon.

"There's this girl at school" she began knowing it was best.
He would know what to do.

"Is she bullying you" Alesandro asked.

"She started hanging out with Antonio. She blamed me for him not liking her" Emilia said.

At first Alesandro thought this was just gonna be a petty arquement but he still listened carefully. He wasn't going to let his daughter be upset.

"Then there was this class, I told Damon about it but I didn't tell him how bad it actually effected me" she continued.

"What class" Alesandro asked carefully.

"Criminology, we were covering child abuse"

"Shit" Alesandro muttered and then pulled his daughter into a tight hug.

"Did that bitch bully you" he asked starting to put the pieces together.

"She managed to get a photo of me crying but had edited Antonio out. She wanted me to stay away or she will show the entire school and put it over social media. She's blackmailing me dad"

Alesandro held her tighter. No one got to blackmail his daughter.
He was pissed.

"She warned me not to tell again. This time it was something more serious" she mumbled not knowing how her dad would take it.

"How" Alesandro asked.

"She's gonna claim I killed Alice or that Damon did. And she has a picture of me bleeding, I don't care about that after all most of the school knows what happened. I just don't want people to bully me for it...but I didn't kill her and Damon...I can't let him be known as a killer" she said.

Alesandro would have laughed if the conversation wasn't so serious. She was adorable but Damon being known as a killer? It was amusing.

"Do people ask how she died" Alesandro causiously asked.

"She died of natural causes, that's what I tell them. I know what happened but it was self defense. I don't want to talk about how it really happened"  Emilia replied.

"You don't blame me?"  Alesandro asked.

"No" she said hugging her dad tighter.

Alesandro felt relieved hearing this.

"Thank you Emilia" he said knowing it was best to drop it.

"I don't know what to do about it" she said.

"Nothing. I will handle it" Alesandro spoke in a unfamiliar tone. It was sinister and one look at her father and Emilia genuinely worried about lilly.

"I love you Emilia, please tell me if thos continues but for now np avoiding Antonio or anyone. Thank you for telling me"

Alesandro was more than pissed. No one blackmails his daughter or threatens her. No one. He would sort the bitch out.

Of course he had a rule. He wouldn't kill a child however he would become her worst nightmare.
