Y/n is a sweet,kind, and loving woman who recently moved into the village of Konohagakure, The Village hidden in the Leaves. That's when she came across the villages' most hated kid.

"Lord Third, when will you realize that some dogs are just better kept on a leash?"

"Hahahaha!! Look at this big wad of cash!" Y/n laughs as she waved her envelope full of cash slightly. "If I knew people in the elite ranks would get paid this much, I would've joined years ago!"
Y/n tossed it on her coffee table. "Hm. That's a lot of money. I don't know what to do with it...besides paying rent and stuff like that. Maybe I can save it for Naruto when he gets older and use it as allowances..Yeah, not a bad idea."
The front door was heard opening before a voice rung out. "I'm home!"
"Oh!" Y/n walked towards the door where Naruto was and hugged him. The boy quickly returning the hug. "Welcome home, Naruto! Say, you wanna hear something?"
Naruto looked at Y/n confused. "Huh? What?"
"Would you like to learn how to walk on water?" Y/n smiled. They broke from the hug.
"What? Really! Is that actually possible?!" Naruto's eyes sparkled with stars. Literally.
"Yup!"
"Great! I know a great place to practice."
"Huh? You want to start now?"
"Hm? Well..yeah. It's still daytime outside but if your want to start tomorrow then that'll be alright."
"Eh?! No way! Let's go now!!" Y/n smiled as Naruto impatiently try to get her out the door. "Calm down we still have time to spare."

"Okay! We're here!"
Y/n and Naruto stood on a bridge. Below them was a calm stream of water. Not too far from them was a local bathhouse.
"A stream?" Naruto questioned.
"Yup. This is where we'll train. That way, there'll be no distractions or disturbances. This whole area is ours."
Standing in front of the water, Y/n began taking her shoes off before stepping foot onto the water. Instead of her feet sinking in, her feet casually glides on top of the water. It's as if there was an invisible barrier preventing her from falling in the cold stream.
Naruto stared in awe. He wanted to do that too!
"First things first, Naruto. You have to travel your Chakra energy to your feet."
"Huh? What's with all this 'Chakra' nonsense? Can't I just walk on the water like no problem?" Naruto complained. Y/n shook her head.
"No. Chakra is like our life source and our energy. Without Chakra, we wouldn't be alive. Every living creature in the world has chakra. Chakra is also the source to our jutsu's. Without Chakra, there's no jutsus. Without Jutsu's, we can't defend ourselves. And if we can't defend ourselves, that puts us in great danger of enemies." She explained to him.
"That's why, every day, people train to become stronger to be able to defend themselves or their loved ones ."
"Ooh.."
"Now, take off your shoes and start gathering your chakra to your feet. That way, your chakra can prevent you from falling."
Naruto nodded. "Okay!"
After taking off his shoes also, Naruto held up his index and middle finger together, trying to concentrate with nothing else being heard besides birds chirping and the trickling sound of moving water. Slowly, blue chakra started to form at his feet. Steadily giving away and coming back. Naruto continued to channel enough chakra to support him.
"Alright. This should be enough." Naruto mumbled before putting a foot into the water. Once he noticed that his foot didn't go into the water, he added the next foot. Naruto stumbles a little while standing on the water, trying to keep his balance.
"Hey! I'm doing it!" He smiled trying to walk towards Y/n.
"Great job, Naruto! Just a little closer." Y/n encouraged him.
Naruto took one step.
Then two steps.
Y/n stood five feet away just in case Naruto were to fall where she'll be able to quickly catch him.
Three steps..
Four steps...
Five—
SPLISH!
Naruto yelped as he lost concentration and was about to fall but was luckily caught. Y/n lifted Naruto up and cradled him in her arms. Naruto sighed in relief. He wasn't used to stuff like this so having to continuously supply himself with his chakra to help him walk on water, really tired the boy out.
"That's enough for today. We'll try some other time. Great job, Naruto." Y/n softly says. She walks back on land to put her flats on with ease whilst picking up Naruto shoes too. Not bothering to put the boys shoes on, she held them in her free hand and she walked home.
