Birthday Surprise! part 2

Naruto watched as his mother scanned through a few books. After the little encounter with those women, Y/n still had that calm but sinister smile on her face.

She came across a certain page in one of the books, she stood up. "Naruto." She called out.

Naruto grew nervous. He looked up at Y/n and noticed that her expression changed to a normal smile.

"Hm?"

"I'm going out for a while. I can't take you with me." Y/n walked towards the exit to put her shoes on. "I won't be gone for too long but I made food just in case you get hungry before I come back. I also bought cup ramen since those are your favorite."

"Make sure the door is locked and don't open for strangers, okay? See you later!"

And with that, y/n closed the door.

A few hours passed and Y/n still came back yet. Naruto spent the time eating Ramen, playing with his toys and stuff.

By the time Y/n came back, Naruto was fast asleep in his room. She looked at the clock to see how much time has passed.

Four hours.

Not that much. I think? Naruto must've been really bored while Y/n was gone. But it'll be worth it once she gives him a special gift!

The night went on silently as she set up her gifts for the next day.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY, NARUTO!!" Y/n yelled as she smiled innocently, waking Naruto up.

Naruto, who was half-asleep, looked around confused. "Wha? Birthday?"

"Yes! Today's your birthday! Get ready! Your gifts are downstairs waiting for you to open them!" Naruto immediately bolted out of bed, forcing his tiredness to go away.

'PRESENTS?!' Is what Naruto thought this whole time. He never had gifts before... Let alone celebrated his birthday with anyone. No doubt he was extremely happy.

Naruto ran down the start but holding onto the rails so he wouldn't fall. Y/n was not too far behind the boy, following behind with a small camera in hand.

Upon arriving in the living room, Naruto's eyes widened at the sight. Small mountains of presents were seen in the middle of the room. Not too far was the kitchen where a big cake was shown along with some food and drinks.

A bit much for only two people but Y/n couldn't help but get too carried away. It didn't matter though as she wanted to make Naruto happy. And judging by his expression, she accomplished just that.

"So which gift would you like to open first?" Y/n asks. Naruto scanned the presents unsure of which one to open first. He finally picked up a rectangular box decorated in blue rapping paper sprinkled with white dots and a red bow tie.

Ripping off the rapper, Naruto lifted the cover lid and inside was a leaf ninja headband along with some kunai knives.

"A leaf ninjas headband..." He mumbled in awe.

"Yup! It's real. You said you always wanted to become a ninja so I thought I'd get one for you!"

"That's AWSOME! Do I get to wear this outside?"

"Oh nonono. You're still young and is still in the academy. You can't wear them unless you graduate and become genin. You can wear them in the house though." Y/n giggled slightly. "Oh come on! Don't give me that look...! You can take the kunai's with you at least. Stop, you're making me feel bad." She frowned as she saw Naruto pout.

"Fine. When I get older, I'll ear this headband and become a great ninja!" Naruto then opened up his other gifts.

Y/n took a picture of every gift Naruto opened until he reached his last one. By the time he was finished, the living room was filled with toys, clothes, toy games, etc.

"Hold on, Naruto. There's one more gift left." Y/n got up and went to her room. She came back with her hands behind her back.

Naruto looked at her confused. "Whats behind your back?"

"Woof! Woof!" A sound came. A baby dog appeared above Y/n's shoulder, cutely climbing its way over and also trying to eat some of her hair in the process. Y/n held out the dog and put it on the ground.

"A dog?! Cool!" Naruto smiled widely and began petting the dog. It was a baby Shiba inu. The orange and white furred pup barked in happiness and licked Naruto's hand.

"What do you want to name him?"

"Naruto!"

"You can't name the dog the same name as your own. It'll be confusing. What about Woofles? Or Menma? Or Loaf?"

"Why loaf?"

"Because he looks like a loaf of bread."

"Woof!"

"Hmm... what about Danny?"

"I guess. At least it's more simple."

Naruto hummed and reached his hands out. Y/n picked him up and Naruto hugged her tightly.

"This is the best birthday ever! You're the best mom in the world!" Naruto said. Y/n smiled. She was on the brink of tears at the compliment. She spun around with him in her arms.

"I'm so happy! I'm not sending you to the academy today. We're gonna spend the whole day together!"

"Yeah!!" "Woof woof!"

{Meanwhile}
Warning: Gore, blood, decapitation

"Mr. Kamiyuk, You have a delivery. It's from your daughter." An unknown guard speaks.

"Ah, Kameda. It must be a birthday gift from her and her son." An old man stood up from his chair and approached the gift.

"Sheesh, what is that awful smell?" He mumbled but ignored it. When he opened the gift, he was immediately horrified. Inside the gift box was the decapitated head of his only daughter, Kameda. Her brown hair and face was dirty and covered in blood. The smell of strong iron was unbearable to the human nose.
The worst part was that Kameda's eyes were still open. They were wide and showed fear but no life. Her once lively brown eyes were now dark and cold.

Kuroshi stumbled backwards and yelled in horror, alerting his guards. Guards looked at were met with the same sight. They were at a loss for words.

One of the guards noticed something. It was a note.

"Sir! There's a note."

Kuroshi shakily took the note and read it:
