It took him a few minutes for him to return and he walked over to you and placed them on your hands, along with the key.

"Hide it wherever you want. I will go change first." He told you before he approached his closet and got a set of pyjamas out for you -which he placed at the end of the bed- and took his along with him, as he went to change in his office, for he was still only with the bathroom robe on.

Once alone, you contemplated where to place the key but after a while in mind came the only safe place a woman could hide something. Your bra. You took off your hair tie and placed it in the small hole the key had then proceeded to tie it tightly around the strap of your bra, before going ahead and changing to the fresh pair of pyjamas he provided for you.

Once in them, you couldn't help but realize how soft the fabric was and the nice smell they had, as well as the fact that they fit you a bit lax, but you loved loose clothes for they were the most comfortable.

"They feel so nice. I guess they must be expensive huh?" You questioned him as soon as you witnessed him appearing at the doorstep, yet Jimin instantly froze at the sight of you wearing his clothes and it took him quite a moment to get himself together and say something back.

"Yeah, they are." His eyes didn't blink once as he spoke, his voice coming out slightly monotone for he was completely out of it, taken aback by the beautiful sight that was you. He couldn't exactly pinpoint why but the realisation that his clothes, the ones he had worn countless times, were now hugging your body, made him feel dizzy.

"When you pay me, I will buy a pair just like this. Don't forget to tell me where you got them from." Your clueless self spoke with a smile at him, as you hugged yourself briefly then proceeded to turn and get hold of the handcuffs and motioned him to come over.

"Ah, my mind is not in the right place tonight." He murmured under his breath for only himself to hear as he approached, inwardly scolding himself for allowing himself to get this excited and flustered over such little things.

He halted before you and rose his eyebrow as he offered his hands for you to do whatever you wanted with them and as you put the handcuff on him, he couldn't help but avoid looking at you. After you secured the other and tied him with the head of the bed, he proceeded to lay on it and you went to the other side, fixed the blanket above him and went on to use the ribbon and tie your wrists with it.

"Done. Finally, we can sleep." You uttered, feeling as if you had accomplished something, then you laid down by his side and tagged yourself in, moving your head slightly on the pillow to get comfortable.

Before you could even bid him a good night or question him about how to turn off the lights from there, as that thought didn't take long to cross your mind, you felt Jimin taking hold of your hand and intertwining your fingers, the red ribbon resting upon your wrists nicely.

"The remote is on the nightstand."He uttered as if he had read your thoughts and you reached and took hold of it, turning the lights off. The room fell into complete darkness at first but soon some small lights went on, in places you didn't even know that they existed, bringing the room into a cosy atmosphere.

You turned to look at him while you were trying your best to overlook his previous action and the warmth you were now feeling coming from his hold. But he didn't make it easy for you as he brought your hands up to his lips and left a peck atop the skin of your hand, giving you instant goosebumps.

"Good night Y/N" He murmured looking at you in a way that for some reason made you feel embarrassed so you just turned your head to the other side, and murmured back to him the same words, while your hand remained in his, for you didn't pull that back. On the contrary...you reciprocated his hold and gave his hand a light squish that had Jimin look at the other side.

Only if you knew how much that small action had filled his heart with hopes and how it had lit his eyes with joy.

---change of set---

A heavy exhale escaped Jungkook's lips as he left his body to plop on the small bench that was placed on the rooftop of the entertainment building he worked for. A place that at such an hour he shouldn't have been at, but he was caught up in work and issues that had multiplied after the article and the fuss related to you.

He was not much worried about anything however he sure was tired of dealing with everything and the consequences that he had to bear after. An aftermath that came mostly from his manager that was mad at him for doing such a thing without consulting him and even though he had a point, Jungkook could no longer do anything about it. So he was just taking his fair share.

He rubbed his neck tiringly before he left his head to look towards the night sky and inhale a bit of the cold night air, which was making him feel as if he got brought back to life.

His eyes fell close soon after, taking this opportunity to relax his mind, but despite erasing any thoughts related to work, one specific one that had been lurking at the back of his mind for quite a while, found the opportunity of his empty brain, to make itself more prominent.

"Ah~ Why do I keep thinking about that? So annoying!" He snapped his eyes open, his face having morphed to frustration while he left his words to be carried by the wind as he was all alone and as thus none could hear him.

"Why do I even have to care? Am I stupid or what?" He proceeded to argue with himself as he stood up and annoyed started his stroll around the rooftop, inwardly trying to shove his last meeting with Boram, out of his thoughts.

He had no reason to fill guilty over that. He had done nothing wrong. It was only natural that he would save himself, why did it matter that his salvation had consequences for her? He was no god and thus it was not like he could know everything but even if he did know, why was it so wrong for him to choose to mind his business? Why were his own thoughts arguing with him, he couldn't understand it.

"What is there to worry about? She will find her solution at some point on her own. It's not like-" His tongue came to a halt abruptly as his eyes witnessed the figure of a woman, standing by the edge, her hands wide open and her long hair being swayed back from the breeze.

The image had a wave of fear take over him, enough for his body to spring forward and literally reach at her out of breath. When he took hold of her hand, and pulled her back with all his might, preventing her from jumping off and ending her life, his chest had gotten engulfed in an aching sensation. Yet once his abrupt and strong action had enabled him to have that woman save in his arms and she in shock looked up at him, he found himself meeting the teary face of someone he was familiar with.

He had been right. She had indeed found a solution of her own and he had just prevented her, from escaping from her hell once and for all.

"Boram"
