Chapter 11

He has lost his mind...

You thought to yourself, while you hesitantly let go of him, your eyes scanning the place in agony in hopes of finding the source so you could at least shield yourselves somehow if the need arises.

"The words I uttered before were right, weren't they? Who is it that you are waiting to see?" Jimin giggled a bit as he started pacing around, feeling the pieces of glass shattering under his feet while his words had placed the hidden stranger in an unpleasant position for he was right. He had triggered him and thus had made him lose his cool enough to want to wipe that smile off his face for while this foolish actor - as he referred to Jimin in his head- was living his life, many were struggling. Many were waiting. Many were sleeping in agony and were weathering with every breath they inhaled.

"Form your silence I will proceed to guess that you have found yourself in a difficult position right now. Let me help you out." Jimin lifted his head up and took a deep breath before he looked around, beaming with happiness.

"Have you lost your mind? Why are you so thrilled about this? Someone just tried to kill you!" DongMin couldn't help but exclaim as he stood up and approached him slightly.

"Oh, I am sorry, my bad. It's just that I have been really disappointed in them for quite a while because of their sloppy tries and how incapable they appeared. I had seriously started to take it personally. Were they looking down on me by sending me, incompetent people? I was seriously offended..." Jimin paused his words with a laugh as he was looking at his manager then he threw his gaze around once more. " But look at this now huh? They can't kill me, they can't get me either so what do they do now? They try to scare me." 

His words made your mind do a quick run-up as he started laughing again. In the beginning, you had thought that they wanted a scandal, they wanted to ruin his career and because a manager of another actor is somehow involved, you had thought it was competition, targeting his career. 

However, if whoever was after him, was someone that knew his mental condition, and were also good at finding ways to ruin people, then they already had the biggest scandal they could ever get on him. Why not use it, if they were aiming for the downfall of his career? There was only one way to answer that question and it was if his career isn't truly their aim. As Jimin stated, he is their aim, or better said, one of his personalities is their aim.

And how do you get a personality out if not by distressing the owner? They are doing all this in an attempt to bring Jimin to a mental corner. They are trying to charge him psychologically and made him anxious enough to lose his self-control to a point of no return. From what he had said, personalities take over him when he is feeling weak, physically or mentally. When he is under distress or any kind of struggle that gets to him, they will slip and take over him. There were so many ways that someone could put him in distress and he sure had been in a lot since the time you met him and he had changed personalities a few times, yet they are continuing. 

Why?... The one they are looking for is someone that doesn't take over him often... 

You concluded and then tried to recall the conversation you had with Jin about Jimin's personalities. P1, P2 and P3. You had met P1 and as far as you recall from Jin, he seemed to know him well and as such that meant that P1 must have had quite some encounter with Jin in the past. P2 was someone you had not met but from Jin's words, he was the depressive one and he too had caused trouble in the past for Jimin, enough to make Jin not want to leave Jimin alone not even for a moment when he would be in charge of his body. Yet when it came to P3. You certainly remember him saying that he had seen him once and he had had a terrible experience with him because of the cruel tendencies of torturing life out of living things.

So they want P3...Why would they want such a cruel personality to be in control...do they want to make him do something for them or...has P3 already done something for them?

As that displeasing and frightening thought crossed your mind, you couldn't help but recall that time at the director's house, when you had broke in and threatened him to tell who made him fire him. Jimin's behaviour and the use of words he spoke that day as he threatened the man couldn't help but echo around in your head.

"you won't be the first nor the last corpse I will take care of disposing of this earth"

 Your face failed to hide the disturbing emotions that thought was giving you as you looked at Jimin in astonishment. Your heartbeat thumping against your chest in a mixture of fear and eagerness.

No...no...he was lying, he was acting, he said so himself. He doesn't remember anything when the other personalities take care of him however so...there's a possibility that...P3...might have been involved in some kind of crime.

For you had never in your life thought that you would come across a secret that you would really prefer to never find out. Simply because you knew, it would rip Jimin's heart apart more than any bullet could ever manage.
