"We've only got time till the toast is over, I suggest we hurry up" Klaire said, at the corner of her eye she saw a figure coming, she turned to find Valerie standing next to her, holding her glass along with herself _Klaire_ as the two ladies take a sip of it together,
"first of all I should say, this is all too surprising, you being someone you're not, running away from Maldives and coming here, I never expected this" Valerie says, Klaire chuckles,

"Hunny, is that even a question, blood helps blood you know" Valerie says smirking, Klaire thinks for a few seconds of what she said and her eyes widen with realization,
"Emily" she simply says, Valerie only nods in response,
"I didn't believe her at first but she sneaked me a few snaps and I just had to come see you for myself, she told me about graduation though I found it weird I still came, picture my reaction when my Prima forgot to mention you are dating the world's most emotionless beast, Uncle T's Godson"
"does he know?" Klaire was quick to ask,
"nope" Valerie simply replies, the host came upon stage and called Jackson Delvour to give a toast, Klaire was running out of time and had to sort out everything immediately,
"remember the little trick we used back in school during our exams" Valerie nods looking at her suspiciously,
Klaire open her purse taking out a tampon, she fisted it inside her palms tightly and waited for the right time, Ricardo was along side his father trying to find her, the second his eyes left hers she dropped the tampon, "oops" Klaire says afterwards,
Valerie spots it and drops her purse right next to the tampon, the sound disturbed the guests standing a few meters in front of them, Valerie hurried over to her purse taking the tampon along with it, giving a small smile to the couple that turned around to see what had fallen,
"Amy Conners, find her and tell her everything, I want her on my side when we leave this place, she has all the qualifications I need, her address is there along with a few things I need when you plan on taking me away from here" Klaire says clapping as the toast came to an end,
"you'll here from Emily the rest, see you soon Kaitlyn" with that Valerie and Klaire split ways, Valerie went towards Leonardo and her daughter,
Klaire went and wrapped her hands around Ricardo's muscular ones, he gave her a small kiss and took her to the dance floor for some light music dancing.
"Mr. and Mrs. Hernandez, what a surprise seeing you here" Ricardo says grabbing the couple's attention,
"Ricardo! wow man! didn't expect you to be here today" Leonardo shakes Ricardo's hand bringing him into a hug after,
"and who's this little girl?" Ricardo asks squatting down to Sofia's height,
"Sofia Hernandez" the little girl shyly gives her hand out, Ricardo shakes it giving her a sweet smile, her eyes go up looking at Klaire when she smiles, and says,
"mamá es la tía Kate" _mom it's Aunty Kate_ the little girl shrieks, Klaire's eyes widen when Valerie quickly speaks,
"baby there is a misunderstanding this is not her alright this is-" Valerie looks up like she was waiting for a name,
"Klaire" Ricardo answers for her,
"this is Aunty Klaire alright?" Valerie says,
"yes mama" the little girl says fiddling with her fingers, "sorry about her, she just keeps calling every white women here Kate" Valerie excuses with a laugh,
