The Homosexual flag is the one above. This just represents homosexuality and not any specific sexuality (like Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, etc., etc.). It's just a plain flag with rainbow stripes on it.
You might see various different types of this flag (like the ones below). This flag gets rebooted and updated a lot, since there are so many sexualities and genders that we must include and give representation to. Not to mention all of the new sexualities and genders that are being created each day.

This flag still represents homosexuality, but it represents people of color within the community as well. It's the same as the regular Pride flag, but has 8 stripes instead of six, the two new stripes being black and brown.
This flag was designed by the marketing firm Tierney (Gilbert Baker actually designed it as an individual though). The city of Philadelphia adopted this revised version of the flag in June of 2017. It has two more stripes on it, brown and black to represent and draw attention to issues of people of color within the community.

This flag is a newer version of the original and is one of the most commonly used versions in America. This flag represents not only homosexuality, but people of color and transgender individuals.

Again, this is one of the newer versions of the flag and is one of the most commonly used versions in America. This flag represents homosexuality, transgender individuals, people of color, and intersex individuals. Personally, I prefer this one because it is very inclusive and makes people in the community happy.
Homosexual is the sexual or romantic attraction to the same gender (a male dating a male and a female dating a female).
Homosexual can be used in many ways. Some people just refer to themselves as gay because it's easier than having to explain their entire sexuality. Sometimes, (even though it is technically gay) people say their gay, when really they identify as Lesbian, for example.
And, just like homosexual, there can be multiple people in the relationship, but of course, they must all be in gay relationships in order for the relationship to remain gay.
