"The Enchanting Prince" as he was called instead of real his name, over many regions and empires, Hyunjin's beauty was not unknown to the world, to even those who had never seen him in person. No matter how protected or hidden he was kept from the outside world, words of his mesmerizing golden hair, half moon lid eyes, and ethereal appearance had spread, making unmated or even mated princes or rulers want to see him in reality for themselves.

But the Baek crown prince, never wanted that, any of it. Most his life till now he had to pay a huge price for that beauty. He never asked for it in the first place.

Only his family and the trusted friends of his parents, that is the Moon and the Kang rulers knew about him being a pureblood omega when he was born. But some of those friends turned out to be foes.
He was kidnapped by some evil attackers who had found out the secret. Little Hyunjin was fortunately saved and his captivators were killed.

Henceforth, from such a young age his true identity had to be hidden from the world to save him from its greedy monsters, and he had to hide in his room.

He used to busy himself in art, finding a new world within his paintings, a world where the different colours gave him a sense of freedom through his creativity.

Few years ago, when he finally felt free, when he finally overcame his fears to the world outside his paintings, when he finally trusted someone to fall in love, his entire world came crashing down.

In his own empire he was known as the "People's Prince" when he was little, being kind and sweet to everyone he met. So thoughtful and generous since such a young age. He wanted to bring about change, follow his parents' path as a just leader and prove what he was capable of. To prove that omegas are no less capable than anyone else.

But the prince's dreams crumbled as had to hide away in his room again, this time not due to any safety restrictions, but because that was the only place he could let go of his painful emotions. He stopped painting as well, as his happiest imaginations were tainted with cruel figmants of his memories.

When his brothers started to transform into their wolves and play in the open fields, he trained his own wolf alone in his room. He was scared, so scared! But what other option did he have?

His wolf was white as snow, and it's eyes blue as the ocean, anyone who would have seen him in his wolf form would have known his actual identity and his secret would be exposed to the rest of the world.

People already thirsting over the young boy just by stories of his beauty, imagine what such lustful bastards would do when they realised he was a pureblood, the one known from the in ancient books to give the strongest heirs.

Even his brothers haven't seen his wolf form yet. But on the night of the golden moon, for some reason he couldn't stay back hidden in his room, he felt an urgent pull, his wolf took control, and he escaped through his window into the woods.

He transformed for the first time in the open, alone amongst the dense trees. And that was the last time as well. When he had returned to the palace back in his human form, exhausted and hurt due to the immense pain he had felt as his wolf howled out the name he hated the most, his first heat began.

He was locked in his room, and was starved by the Kang prince due to anger and jealousy caused as Hyunjin's wolf made the poor boy call out his soulmate's name during the most vulnerable moments of his heat.

The Kang prince knew his weakness, the Kang King knew his helplessness and the world knew him only as a pretty face.

But what Prince Llongwook does know is that, him thinking Hyunjin is weak will become the latter's greatest strength, his greatest weapon. What King Haegoon does not know, that Hyunjin's silence does not make him helpless but patient, waiting for the right opportunity. What the world does not know, that the pretty prince hidden inside the prison of his own solitude, was building himself up over all these years, secretly but steadily.

The dining hall doors opened as the Baek princes walked through, bowed and sat the opposite side of the Moon brothers who were already seated on their chairs. The pair of chairs at the head of the table for the kings were empty.
