"There are 5 more activities left for today, so we can rest," I say, drinking water from Yuki's bottle as I didn't bring my own.
"Sure... what were they again?" Yuki asks.
"Football, netball, rugby, tennis and table tennis," Akaza replies, counting with his fingers.
"The school day ends at 2:00 instead of 3:15, and it's now 12:36, so we can go get lunch, if you want,"
"Sure," They say at the same time.
So, we walk to the cafeteria and get our lunch, sitting down outside under the sakura tree, using our sports jackets to sit.
"Good thing you bought your own bottle. This is mine!" She hisses at me.
"I skyed the bottle!"
We sit in silence for a few minutes, letting the breeze go through our hair as we ate. As I was opening my water bottle, I felt a new presence next to me.
"Hey," Gyutaro says.
"Hey, your basketball skills were really good!" I praise.
"Thanks, but you were better, the way you defended Douma and managed to steal the ball from him," He claps for a few moments.
"So no one gonna talk about his jumps?!? Like, bro!" Yuki gasps in shock.
"Thanks, your relay was good, Akaza and Koyuki-san,"
"Thanks," Akaza says.
"You have any more games, Gyutaro?"
"No, but I am a substitute for table tennis, so I better go just in case,"
"Oh, cool!"
"You guys?"
"No," We all say at the same time.
He rests his head on my shoulder, not even bothering to ask for permission, but, I don't mind. It's good for him to relax, after some good games.
"Whose in the lead, now?" Yuki asks, chewing her food at the same time.
"Green, they have 450 points, second is red with 420, third is blue and purple with 380 and fifth is yellow team with 320 points," Akaza informs.
"Guess all that hard work paid off, or whatever," Gyutaro says proudly.
"Shut up you only participated in one game,"
"Says the person who also participated in one game, Akaza,"
"Okay," Yuki says to break the awkwardness. "Gyutaro, what games are you doing tomorrow?"
"Geography and music,"
"This conversation is so bland..." I say, under my breath.
"Yeah, I know, wanna go somewhere? Leave the two lovebirds alone?" Gyutaro proposes.
