Chapter 39: Our Picture

"Neji you should've told me I could've stopped by the store yesterday but I'll go get it. Now you have to make the coffee" I could clearly see she was annoyed

"I'm sorry, I'll make the coffee" I apologized with a smile but it didn't work. She quickly grabbed a bag and left to go buy milk. She didn't enjoy having pure black coffee she was so used to adding milk but no sugar. She wasn't a fan of adding sugar to her coffee even though she enjoyed other sugary food items. Before I used to not add milk to my coffee now that she started making my coffee like hers I started to get into the habit of adding milk. Lactose free milk

I quickly finished getting ready and pack the rest of my stuff. I walk to the kitchen to put the pot of water to boil when I hear "Good morning Neji nii-san"

"Good morning, Hinata" I had gotten out of the habit of calling her lady Hinata. She had told me to stop calling her Lady Hinata, since now I was head of the clan and she wasn't the heir of the clan. She felt like being called Lady wasn't a proper title for her. She still called me Neji nii-San because to her I was the older brother she never had

"Where's Ten?" She asked

"We ran out of milk yesterday and you know she needs it for her coffee" I replied while checking if the pot had enough water for 3 cups

"Oh, are you ready for this trip? You have everything planned out? Everything is ready?" Hinata sat down on a chair

"Yeah everything is ready, I already asked Shikamaru and Ino for help. Everyone knows where it's happening and what time they should get there. Ino is helping with the flowers. Pink tulips. Please remember to have someone call me to let me know the "emergency" that's happening back at home. Then you and the rest of the girls will arrive to be with Tenten and Yelp her get ready and relaxed" I said

"I'm sure everything will go smoothly" She gave me a thumbs up

"Yeah, did you give Tenten that dress?" I asked referring to the red dress she had carefully packed

"I did, when you told me about your plans I was really excited. So I went shopping and found that dress and I knew it was perfect for Ten. She's not a big fan of dresses but she actually liked this one" Hinata smiled

"I was surprised to see her pack a dress. Hopefully she wears it on our final day of vacation" I said

"Goood morning!" Hanabi said

"Good morning" we both replied

"Are those pineapple buns?" Hanabi sniffed

"Yes but remember to not eat them all at once or you will get sick again" Hinata said

"Oh you're all awake, perfect let's have breakfast now" Tenten walked in with 2 cartons of milk in her bag

"I'll just have milk instead of coffee" Hinata said as she grabbed a glass to pour milk

"The coffee's ready" I grabbed two mugs and poured the coffee afterwards adding milk

We all sat down together having milk, coffee and baked goods. Enjoying the morning. Afterwards Tenten showered and changed. We were ready to leave, I carried both our bags to the living room while the girls said their goodbyes

"Bye Tenten-Chan" Hinata hugged Tenten as if she was moving away

"Take care Ten and please make sure the Hyuga princess doesn't get hurt on the way there" Hanabi loves to make fun of me

"I will make sure the Hyuga princess is safe" Tenten replied as she tried not to laugh

"Well you two take care and make sure to be safe. I don't want you getting injured or something bad happening while I'm gone" I hugged both Hinata and Hanabi. Even if Hanabi was annoying at times she was still my cousin and little sister just like Hinata
