Throughout the meeting, Uday was getting distracted continuously by thinking about a certain NRI girl. He was going through things which he never did - getting distracted, feeling conscious about himself and the list goes on.
Adarsh who was observing Uday throughout the meeting, was having a mini party in his mind. Finally, his brother was behaving like an ordinary human being.
In his entire existence of 26 years, Adarsh have never seen Uday behaving like a normal human does – he was always on guard, total workaholic, a robot who never smiles in front of outsiders, maintaining a two feet distance from girls and relationships though he enjoyed the female attention, he never let any girl come close to him.
*Goenka Mansion*
Aarav Goenka and Sanjeev Goenka were in study room, discussing some political related issues.
Aarav: Dad, agar aap kahe toh kya hum uss MLA se baat kare?
Sanjeev: Nahi Aarav, aap ko iss matter mein involve hone ki zarurat nahi hai. Iss matter ko Jeeva (Sanjeev's right hand man) sambhal lega.
Aarav: Are you sure, dad? Jeeva Uncle thode softie type hai aur uss MLA ko kisi bad boy se milwana padega.
Sanjeev: (chuckling) Just because aap ke Jeeva Uncle aap se softie ki tarah pesh aate hai iska yeh matlab nahi hai ki wo softie hai.
Jeeva: (entering the room) Kon softie, bhai?
Sanjeev: (turning to him, chuckling) Aarav ko lagta hai ki aap bade softie type insaan hai, Jeeva.
Jeeva: Aarav beta, hum sirf aap ke uncle hai. Sab ke uncle nahi. (chuckling)
Aarav: (rolling his eyes) Anyways, hume office jaana hoga. Shaam ko milte hai.
*Next Day, Chhatrapati Shivaji Airport*
Manyata, Srutija, Uday and Adarsh are standing outside the international terminal where there are many families bidding bye to their loved ones. The atmosphere is all emotional, anxious and happy with the reunions and goodbyes.
Srutija: Yeh Nidhi kahan reh gayi, Manny?
Manyata: I don't know. Ab tak toh aana chahiye tha.
Adarsh: Sab kuch packed hai, right. Phir se check kar liya hai na, Manny.
Manyata: Yeah. Everything is set.
Uday: (thinks) She is really going. Hume inke jaane se itna bura kyu lag raha hai? Hume kuch samajh mein nahi aa raha. I know I like her lekin unke jaane se aisa kyu lag raha hai jaise ki humara ek part hum se door ja raha hai. Kaisi behki behki baatein kar rahe hai hum. I have seriously gone mad.
