6 years after the events of Spider-Man 3, Peter Parker's life has changed. Now that he has graduated, Peter is working for Dr Connors at the Horizon Labs. Him and MJ are now engaged and life seems to have moved on since the death of his best friend...
We see the Osborn mansion in the city shot. Peter knocks on a door. A familiar man opens it, Bernard. "Peter, Harry's friend. Come on in." Peter says, "So Bernard, you wanted to see me?" Bernard replies, "Yes Peter, yes I did. Come with me." Peter follows him to the outside of The Goblin Lair.
"Now Peter, In The Goblin Lair, there was a room behind it that Harry had hidden from us." Bernard walks him through it as we see more of the goblin tech, a variety of weapons, "Harry left this for you before he set off to the battle, incase. I know that you're a hero Peter. Harry told me many times, how great you were, you were his best friend. What better person to give this tech to than you, his best friend."
Bernard walks away as Peter steps into the room. This tech is now his. He gets an idea. He grabs the pumpkin bomb and smiles.
There is a montage of Peter creating gadgets and tech from The Goblin Lair. Peter grabs a green electric device that shoots out green electricity. He gets a call from Mary Jane.
"Hey MJ." Mary Jane says, "Hey Pete, just calling to see how you are." Peter fidgets and tampers with the goblin tech, transforming it into weapons Spider-Man could use in battle, "I'm ok. What are you doing?" Peter grabs some red and blue spray paint from the corner of the room and paints it over the gadgets, "Well I'm just saying my goodbyes to the shelter. I also heard about May."
"Yeah, I visited her in the hospital before. Dr Warren called me in." MJ says, "Ok, I'm gonna stop by soon to see May and how she's doing. Seer Pete, I love you." Peter says, "Love you too." He hangs up the phone and looks down at his creations.
Peter has created three Spider-Gadgets he can use on the by pressing a button on his wrist.

One that shoots out an electric web and one that shoots out a red blast which will blast the opponent away.
Peter looks to the left and smiles. There is his classic Spider-Man outfit. Peter presses a button on the chest of his suit and, like iron man, builds a mechanical body armour over it.
This suit will be The Spider-Armour MK III.

(The Suit will be the same as the photo above, but in a rami style with the classic eyepieces and spider logo and with a more bulkier aspect on the arms, torso and legs, similar to Batman in BVS.)
The third gadget Peter has made with The Goblin Tech is revealed with it being a web bomb attached to the metal belt on the armoured suit. Peter picks it up and looks at the former pumpkin bomb.
FEAST Shelter is now broken down as we see Mary Jane and Martin Li are talking outside.

"Well Mary Jane, after all these years. Just to have the shelter go like that." Martin Li clicks his fingers while saying this, "All the people we've helped, you and May have made a real difference down here. It's been a pleasure working with you Mary Jane."
Mary Jane gives shakes his hand and then steps into a taxi outside. It then cuts to her opening the door into her apartment. She sits down her bags and is prepared to sit down herself. She walks over to the sofa.
There is a green blast as the window shatters around the apartment. Mary Jane screams in horror as The Mysterio lowers downto the ground. He throws green smoke at her.

Mary Jane is put in a black room, "Do you really want to be with a man, who has this happening to him every night?" Quintin taunts her with.
