Chapter 29: Showstopping Performance

Saturday night had just arrived and everyone was sitting in an auditorium for the Abby Lee Dance Company's Annual Concert, waiting for the show to start so they could see Abby's dancers dance their classic routines, but many were awaiting Andrew's live performance of his rap.

Andrew arrived at the Auditorium and he parked next to his mother's car and got out of the car with the clothes he brought for the live performance of his rap, he entered and saw Abby talking to Gianna.

"Hello, Andrew." Abby greeted her son as she saw him with his clothes that he bought for the show

"Hi, mom. Hi, Gia." Andrew replied to the greeting.

"Are you ready for your live performance?" Gianna asked her boyfriend.

"I'm ready, willing and able." He replied.

"I bet you're gonna be the show stealer like you were back when you did your old solo called Bad and you danced like Michael Jackson." Gianna said with a smile.

"Yep, you had everyone dancing in the aisles and none of the other dancers could top that." Abby added.

"Yeah, now i'm gonna go get ready for my performance." Andrew stated as he headed to one of the dressing rooms to get ready for the concert.

Then it was showtime and dances like "Alouette", "In my heart", "Move you too" and "Party Party Party". After a few classic numbers were done, it was now time for Andrew's live performance to be announced and it was next.

"Ladies and Gentlemen, coming up in the Abby Lee Dance Company Concert, we have Andrew Miller Performing his new rap, it's called We are Abby Lee." Abby announced over the Public Address.

The audience applauded loudly, they could not wait to see Andrew perform his rap that has become a big hit with Dance Moms fans. He came out wearing some black jeans with a belt, men's white crewneck shirt, a black leather jacket and black loafers. He had a microphone in his hand, ready to rap.

"1, 2, 3....Hit it!"

Then the song began as Andrew began to dance and the crowd jumped out of their seats and began to dance in the aisles and they clapped as well, it was safe to say, Andrew had stolen the show.

"Andrew just stole the show!" Asia exclaimed.

"He hasn't done anything yet, we don't know if he's gonna steal the show." Brooke responded to the sassy dancer as they saw Andrew beginning to rap.

Hey everybody, i've got a little rhyme
About a studio called the Abby Lee Dance Company and how it gets ready for the big time
It starts on a monday afternoon
Arriving at the studio ready and shining like the moon
My mother's name is Abby Lee
She'll turn you into a star, my mom's the queen bee
I love my mom so much, she's the best
All the other dance teachers fail the test
I got a girlfriend named Gianna, she's so pretty
She's the assistant choreographer and she's witty
There's eight talented girls who are the tops
In my book, they're the cream of the crop
first we start by talking on how we did at the competition
because we want to win the national title, that's our mission
We then dive into the pyramid first
It determines on who did the best and who did the worst
After that we give out the assigments to who earned them
And when the moms leave, the girls are
One, Two, Three
We are Abby Lee

The first instrumental began as Andrew began to do some hip hop moves as he was dazzling the crowd to the best of his ability.

"Wow, he's really getting his groove on!" Paige exclaimed, watching Andrew dance.

"He can do Hip Hop better than any of us can." Chloe added.

After stretching it was time to rehearse
It's to make sure the girls don't become worse
I was once dancer for my mom's team
With eight straight national titles, i reigned supreme
The Moms always do something that will start Drama
But Mom and i are there to put a stop because they yell like they were in an opera.
If someone had sickled foot and was being off beat
My mom would yell "pointe your feet!"
Paigey Mack is the favorite, she's leading the charge
We're number one in the USA, we're just living large
Kalani and Chloe are the queens of lyrical and ballet
Maddie and Kenzie dance so well, they don't delay
Brooke is the oldest and the tallest of them all
Her dancing could get her invited to the ball
Asia is fierce dancer and she's so sassy
But she knows how to keep it classy
First we'll rehearse the group, then we'll rehearse the solo, trio or duet dances
Mom and i are watching with glances
In the ALDC, My mom's word is always the law
You better listen to her, because she's like Quick Draw McGraw
Just because you're good doesn't mean you're irreplaceable
Because my mom always says Everyone's Replaceable.
Despite the tears and the drama, we're like a dysfunctional family
Because we are Abby Lee

Andrew began to break out in a very well choreographed dance that a lot of difficult hip hop moves, then he did a split and came up smooth as the crowd couldn't get enough while Abby was watching from the controls with a huge smile on her face as she saw that women were going wild, screaming and cheering for Andrew as Abby was looking on, nodding her head to the beat as she had a huge grin on her face.
