Books fill my shelves
Books stacked on the floor
Books beside my bed
And all the way to my door
Books half finished
Some more I wish to read
Books as I look through my shelves
More books than one should need
Books I wish to start
Some more I'll finish soon
Books about the mountain tops
That take me to the moon
Books full of smiles
And others full of tears
I'll have enough to read
