JIMIN's POV

Rozie? Hobi mouthed the name with a puzzled look on his face.

It sounded so familiar. I swear I've heard it somewhere before. My fingers brushed my lips as I pondered on the thought.

It didn't take us long to realize why that name rings a bell. When it finally dawned upon us, Hobi silently blurts the five-letter word again only this time with so much astonishment from the awareness he gained.

I never had an issue with my balance when I'm dancing. But when I'm faced with situations like this, my body just reacts differently. When my mind falls apart, my body follows suit, like literally. So me falling off a chair or whatever I am seated on, is such a normal sight to see. This time around though, I was able to catch myself and immediately wished I didn't.

Momentarily, Hobi and I were just staring at each other, unable to hide how flustered we are with our realization. And when we thought we couldn't be more overwhelmed, a cool, deep voice reminded us that things had just started.

"What?!"

Hobi's already shocked eyes slowly turned to the right, coming up against the person standing next to him. His expression quickly changed from struck to horrified as he struggled to look elsewhere. If this was just an ordinary situation, I would've rolled on the floor laughing at his reaction. He appeared to have a lump in his throat that wasn't going away while his gaze locked on to the human being who seemed ready to strangle him anytime.

Both of us didn't say a word. We refused to move a muscle, pretending that we weren't just first-hand witnesses of how Jungkook's crime comes to light.

"That sounds like Yoongi's voice. Yoongi-a is that you?" JK's mom knows us too well.

I really have a strong inkling to end the call right now. I should have stood firm about staying out of JK's business for the time being.

"Yeah, Eomeoni. It's Yoongi here." His transparency when something ticks him off never fails to show. I would've begun imitating him if this was again just a normal part of a passing day, but the look on his face right now is something I'd really like to run away from.

"I haven't spoken to you in ages!" Jungkook's mom delightfully said.

"I know right, but what was the name of his girlfriend you said?" Not much of an effort to hide his disinterest in small talk. Oh please hyung, save yourself from this.

"I forgot what her last name was, but it's Rozie." The mention of her name again only sunk the truth even deeper.

"You gotta be kidding me." His expression grew dark. Hobi tried his best to distance himself from him, making me unbelievably thankful I'm sitting right across. I should have let myself fall off this chair a while ago. That way I could simply hide under the table, away from the potential danger that's about to blow up.

"Exactly my reaction when Seung Woo came to us saying his cousin brought his girl home. But when I saw them together, there's no denying it. They're so in love! You should have seen how Jungkookie looks at her. Reminds me of the good old days." JK's mom let out a girly giggle. She was apparently so pleased with the turn of events. Yoongi hyung on the other hand, well...

Motherfucker. He whispered through gritted teeth. Oh God, spare us from his wrath.

"Do you know her much, Yoongia?"

He smirked. "You bet." His voice filled with so much distaste. I can just imagine the violence going on in that genius mind of his at the moment. His long fingers were choking the can of cold coffee. The person he wants to smother is already out of the question.
