I met back up with Spencer. He had gotten with one of the LA girls in his office. I didn't even know he had an office here, but he told me to come to the back and I saw some girl fixing her hair and dress coming out of the door. When I went inside, there were panties on the floor.

How the fuck do you forget to put your panties back on? Seriously... that's like the first thing I'd remember.

Y/n: At least one of us had fun.
Sp: Oh, shit. I didn't see those. Sorry about that.
Y/n: Don't apologize. I've had enough of men apologizing to me when they don't mean it.
Sp: Does that mean what I think it does?
Y/n: If you're referring to whether or not I talked to him, yes, it does.
Sp: How'd that go?
Y/n: Absolutely awful. It's too soon.
Sp: I figured as much. I should've gone outside with you.
Y/n: No, Spence. Don't blame yourself. You were having fun inside. I told you I didn't want a babysitter.
Sp: But I told you I'd be one anyway.
Y/n: Hey, I'm not mad at you. At all. Who was that girl? She's pretty.
Sp: Yea, very pretty. That's just about it, though. She didn't seem that interested in a conversation. But honestly, I'm not complaining.

Y/n: Look at you, Mr. Womanizer.
Sp: No, don't say that. We kept it short and we both gained something from it. Now we'll go our separate ways and everyone will be happy.
Y/n: I can't imagine how easy life would be if life would work that way for me.
Sp: It's because you're not disconnected enough. You feel... But I love that about you. You actually give a shit about other people and about yourself. Most people now only think about themselves and couldn't give a fuck about anyone else. Sure it sucks when you just want to let go and not have to worry about anything, but it's good when it comes to everything else. That's also why you have me.
Y/n: When did you get so wise?
Sp: I think you're rubbing off on me.
Y/n: That couldn't possibly be it.
Sp: Yea, probably not.

We chilled and talked a bit more to sober up a little. It felt good to finally sit down on something other than a barstool. But, I checked my phone and saw the time: 5:39am. Holy shit! Luckily it's a Sunday morning, so my mom won't be up for a while. But I should probably text her that I'm alright. Also, I should probably get the fuck out of this club.

Y/n: Uhh, Spence?
Sp: Yup?
Y/n: What time do you guys close?
Sp: It depends. We have a special event tonight, soo I'd say around 5:30-6.
Y/n: Well, you have 21 minutes to clean up and close. You might wanna get on that.
Sp: What?? Holy shit! You're right. Jesus! Why don't you take a cab home and I'll check in with you later.
Y/n: You sure you don't want me to help?
Sp: I'd feel more comfortable if you got some sleep.
Y/n: Ok. Good luck.
Sp: Thank you.

I left Spencer's office to see a few stragglers left in the club. The DJ was gone. I guess the club playlist was on at this point. The tour had gone home, or wherever they were staying. That was a relief because I didn't want to have to deal with saying goodbye to all of them. Maybe that was selfish or rude, but it was the truth.

I got my jacket and walked outside. The coolish air felt refreshing on my face, though I was a bit cold. It was a beautiful morning. The sun was just beginning to rise and the sky was turning orange and pink. God, this city is beautiful.

V: Y/n, wait!

I turned around to see Vinnie walking out of the club. He was still here? Why the fuck was he still here? Why didn't he leave with the rest of them?

V: You disappeared.
Y/n: I guess I did.
V: Where were you?
Y/n: With Spence.
V: Spence? Is that the guy from the photo?
Y/n: Yes, as a matter of fact, it is.
V:...
Y/n: Do you have something snarky to say about it? You gonna go off on me again?
V: No. I'm not.
Y/n: You were gonna say something though. I know you. Out with it.
