"Their going to do something stupid, Bear," Tangerine huffed, standing in the girls doorway, after rushing from watching Bellamy and the others at the gun shed.

Sitting behind Eliza on the bed, brushing her hair, Bear didn't look up before saying,"get me Harper."

"Why?" Tangerine asked, sticking her head down the hallway, not wanting to walk in on Harper and Monty doing anything.

Putting her hands softly over Elizas ears, Bear looked out the window, watching the sun well settle below the horizon. The cub, already fast asleep, taking up more than half of the bed.

"Someone needs to make sure the actual four year old is safe and sound while I go deal with the fucking four year old men and women," Bear sneered.

-

"Lincoln," Bear nodded.

So Bellamy Blake choose Pikes side of the argument.

It was his fault, for choosing the side of a narcissistic asshole, then the side of his friends who saw that the grounders were only staying around to protect them. After all, Camp Jaha was also built on their land.

They didn't own shit, besides their own names.

"Their coming," Tangerine called out, watching as Bellamy stood by Pikes side, guns in hand.

Stepping forward, Bear gently tapped Lincoln on the back in an awkward, but kind gesture to let the boy know she'd never run with her tail hanging between her legs - especially when their people were in danger, when his people were in danger.

If only Octavia knew what her brother was up to, there surely would've been a sibling brawl for the century.

"Bellamy," Bear acknowledged, voice devoid of emotion.

"You need to step aside," Bellamy ordered,"right now."

"Not even a good evening?" Tangerine tsked,"a bit fucking rude."

"What are the guns for, Bellamy," Bear asked, her voice peculiarly quiet, hope that her best friend wasn't this stupid.

"There's an army out there," Bellamy nodded,"we need to hit them before they hit us."

"Have you gone fucking insane," Bear sneered, looking over his shoulder to Pike,"All Indra is doing is protecting us, or have you forgotten that Azgeda is out for our blood?"

"Do we have a problem?" Pike called out.

"Shut up, old man," Bear scowled,"the kids are talking."

"I have always done what is best for us," Bellamy noted.

"No," Bear,"you haven't, the only times you have were when Clarke or I were around. This!"
