RIVER METHOD

All methods in this book are written as if you were trying to shift to your DR. Personally, I don't use a waiting room (WR) and I have written these methods for my reference. If you do use a WR, just imagine yourself shifting there instead of your DR when the method mentions it.

As always, complete your meditation, put on subliminals and re-read your script, say your affirmations, and prepare yourself mentally and physically to shift before attempting any method. And if you are going to be using subliminals, frequencies, or ASMR put those on before you get comfy!

Start by laying down in a comfortable position. Then, count to 100 taking a breathe in between each number (you can say affirmations if you want as well). Really focus on your breathing, allowing your body to calm down and relax.

When you've finished counting imagine that your CR self in standing in a river. Really feel the sensation of the water, feel the temperature, feel how far it comes up on your legs, really immerse yourself in this.

Then, look down into the water and see your DR self looking back at you. Your DR self should be your reflection. Look at them carefully, really take in their appearance. As you take in your DR self's appearance, imagine that someone pushes your head forward into the water.

While your body starts to submerge in the water feel all your worries from your CR fade away. Then start to repeat affirmations until you fall asleep. You should wake up in your DR.
