SCRIPTING

WHAT IS SCRIPTING?

Scripting is the act of creating your DR self and explaining how you will live your day-to-day life in your DR. You can also go into detail about the others that will appear in your DR.

This is, in my opinion, one of the most important parts of shifting. You do not have to script anything for your reality. However, outlining what you want to happen is incredibly helpful.

How you choose to write your script is completely up to you. Put it into any format and include what details you feel are necessary. You can choose to script on a physical piece of paper, on your computer, in a journal, or on your phone. Choose what works best for you. Keep in mind that you will need a physical script for some methods, printing out the script from your computer or phone is totally fine.

HOW IS A SCRIPT USED?

To put it simply, you can use your script how and whenever you like. The majority of people, and I, read their script before they intend to shift and place it under their pillow. Re-reading your script before shifting is super helpful with visualising and giving you a good idea of what your DR is like.

HOW DO YOU WRITE A SCRIPT?

Again, you can write your script in whatever form and order you so choose. You can also make your script as long or short as you want. Just provide enough detail within your categories to paint a good picture of what your desired reality looks and feels like.

When it comes to writing your script, it's common to either do a style of paragraphs, dot points or combine the two. For my script, I used both paragraphs and dot points where I felt they applied. Keep in mind you can change your script and DR whenever you feel like it. If you don't like the first version of your script; change it.

I highly recommend that you write a separate script for the first day of your shift. This isn't necessary, but it definitely helps for your first shift to your DR. This script would include everything that will happen on your first day in your DR. From beginning to end explain where you will shift, who you will meet, your agenda for the day, and how it will end.

WHAT SHOULD I INCLUDE IN MY SCRIPT?

You can include anything you feel is important to your DR. However, there are a number of key things that most shifters include in their scripts. The common categories in a script such as:

1. YOUR DR RULES

2. YOUR DR SELF

3. YOUR DR BACKGROUND/PAST (IF APPLICABLE)

4. YOUR PERSONALITY TRAITS/HOBBIES

5. YOUR DR LIFE

6. DR PERSONS APPEARANCE / AESTHETICS

There are plenty of other categories and sub-categories you can include that are applicable to your script. These are just the main ones that are commonly included because they help to paint the picture of what you and your desired reality will look like when you shift.

An important thing to note when writing a script is that you write it in the first-person point of view. You should be writing as if you're filling out a diary entry, explaining every detail of your life from your perspective.
