All methods in this book are written as if you were trying to shift to your DR. Personally, I don't use a waiting room (WR) and I have written these methods for my reference. If you do use a WR, just imagine yourself shifting there instead of your DR when the method mentions it.
As always, complete your meditation, put on subliminals and re-read your script, say your affirmations, and prepare yourself mentally and physically to shift before attempting any method. And if you are going to be using subliminals, frequencies, or ASMR put those on before you get comfy.

Start by laying down in a comfortable position. Imagine you are on an elevator, you're alone and you are your CR self. Feel the elevator started to ascend upwards, or downwards, and feel yourself passing by each floor on your way to your DR. You can even imagine that each floor is a different reality.
Now imagine that your energy is starting to envelop you, like a force field, and with every floor, your pass your energy increases. Your energy should feel warm, comforting, and should be positive.
Take your time visualising yourself in the elevator. You'll know you're ready to proceed to the next step when your energy reaches its highest point and you come to a stop on the floor of your DR.
The door to the elevator should open revealing the bedroom in your DR, your DR self is sleeping comfortably in bed. Walk over to your DR self and start to morph your body with theirs, allow your DR self to essentially 'suck' you into them. Feel your consciousness/ soul transfer into your DR self's body. Feel yourself become your DR self.
When you are ready, fall asleep in your DR bed as your DR self. This can be an asleep method, so literally, imagine yourself sleeping as your DR self while you are drifting off to sleep. You will wake up in your DR.
