All methods in this book are written as if you were trying to shift to your DR. Personally, I don't use a waiting room (WR) and I have written these methods for my reference. If you do use a WR, just imagine yourself shifting there instead of your DR when the method mentions it.
You can script that you will open your eyes automatically for this method and other methods that have you open your eyes when you have shifted. Or you can script a sign so that you know when you are shifting (Ex. smelling cinnamon and feeling 3 taps on your right shoulder).
As always, complete your meditation, put on subliminals and re-read your script, say your affirmations, and prepare yourself mentally and physically to shift before attempting any method. And if you are going to be using subliminals, frequencies, or ASMR put those on before you get comfy!

Start by getting into a comfy position, and then close your eyes. Visualise yourself In a room with a mirror in front of you. The reflection in the mirror should be your DR self, and they should be wearing your DR clothes. You can imagine your DR standing with one of your DR comfort character or friends, or by yourself.
Then, place your hand on the mirror watching as your DR self does the exact same thing. Feel how the mirror feels on your hand, and then slowly step into the mirror. Imagine how stepping into the mirror feels.
Once you have fully stepped into the mirror you are your DR self. You should see a long hallways with a door at the end. Start walking to the door. Take as long as you want with this step and use personal affirmations about your DR ('I am Elspeth', 'I go to Hogwarts', 'I am 22 years old').
Now you should be at the end of the hallway standing in front of the door. When you feel ready, open the door and feel energy rush through you. As you open the door imagine a white light coming out of it, walk into the light. Continue to repeat affirmations while visualising the white light until you feel signs of shifting.
When you open your eyes you should be in your DR. If you would like to use this as a sleep method, continue to visualise the light while repeating affirmations until you fall asleep. When you wake up you should be in your DR.
