All methods in this book are written as if you were trying to shift to your DR. Personally, I don't use a waiting room (WR) and I have written these methods for my reference. If you do use a WR, just imagine yourself shifting there instead of your DR when the method mentions it.

You can script that you will open your eyes automatically for this method and other methods that have you open your eyes when you have shifted. Or you can script a sign so that you know when you are shifting (Ex. smelling cinnamon and feeling 3 taps on your right shoulder).

As always, complete your meditation, put on subliminals and re-read your script, say your affirmations, and prepare yourself mentally and physically to shift before attempting any method. And if you are going to be using subliminals, frequencies, or ASMR put those on before you get comfy!

Start by laying on your back, in a starfish position, making sure that your arms and legs aren't touching your torso. Then relax your entire body while focusing on each body part for 3 deep breathes. Start with your right foot, then your left foot, etc.

Then, count to 100 slowly. Take your time with counting in all methods. Personally, I take a breathe after every count to slow down my pace and keep my body calm and relaxed.

When you reach 10 counts try to imagine what the voice of your DR self sounds like by saying as many personal affirmations as you can. Say these in your head in first person. Here are some examples:

'My name is ___'

'I am ___ years old'

'I live in ___'

At 20 counts describe what your DR self looks like (be as detailed as you can). Say these in your head in first person. Here are some examples:

'My hair colour is ___'

'My height is ___'

'My weight is ___'

'My eye colour is ___'

At 30 counts give a brief summary of your DR family and what they look like. Try to be as specific as you can. For example:

'My parents names are ___'

'My siblings are ___'

'My brother looks like ___'

At 40 counts repeat affirmations that affirm you are shifting and that you are in your desired reality. Repeat these as many times as you feel necessary. For example:

'I am shifting to my desired reality right now'

'I am in my desired reality'

'I am thankful to be in my desired reality'

At 50 counts imagine what your DR house looks like. Imagine the layout and go into detail about every aspect, give your self an in depth tour as if you just bought it and are showing your family.

Then count from 50 to 100.If you haven't shifted during the counting, continue to repeat affirmations that you are in your DR. When you open your eyes, or wake up, you should be in your DR.
