WHAT IS REALITY SHIFTING?
Reality shifting is the act of moving your consciousness to a whole other reality that you have envisioned. Which can be completely different than your current reality. For example, you can shift to the reality of a book, movie, anime, etc. You can also shift to a reality that you have exclusively created while daydreaming.
Please remember that you can change what you desire as much you'd like whenever you'd like.
WHAT ARE A DR, CR, AND WR?
Desired Reality (DR) is the reality to which you desire to shift to. Whether this is a reality you have cultivated while daydreaming, or a reality in which you wish to experience from your favourite book or TV show.
Current Reality (CR) is the reality in which you are currently living. This is your current life with all of your current memories. It's important to stay connected to your CR, do not disconnect yourself from your CR in an attempt to shift.
Waiting Rooms (WR) is a type of desired reality that lays between your current reality and your desired reality. This is meant to be a quiet place in which you can focus and can allow your consciousness to wait until you are one hundred percent ready to shift realities. You will not have any distractions in your waiting room and will find that it is easier to focus on.
IS SHIFTING SAFE?
Yes, shifting realities is totally safe. When you shift your body will remain in the material world (some refer to it as a clone). Your consciousness/soul will be in your desired reality, leaving your body behind. You cannot get stuck in your desired reality, you will come back to your CR whenever you are ready.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Shifting takes practice, you may shift within your first couple of tries and you may not. Think of every attempt at shifting as a step on a staircase. Everyone has their own staircase that varies in length and size, some even have more than one staircase. But all of the staircases end.
You will shift when it is time. Believe in your ability to shift, complete meditations, and say your daily affirmations. Find the methods that work best for you and believe in your ability to shift. You will shift!
TIPS?
Scripting your DR is highly recommended, although it is not necessary. This is just a good way to get out all of your ideas about your DR, paint the picture of what yourself and everyone else look like, and what events you wish to have happened in your DR.
Keeping a shifting journal, at least until you get the hang of it, is also recommended when first starting. Write about the methods you used, the subliminal, the meditations, etc. Describe what happened while you were in the process of shifting. This will without a doubt help you find your methods and lead to more successful shifting.
Continue to try a method between 3 - 5 times before deciding it is not for you. And don't be scared to alter a method. For example, some people remove counting from methods because they find they get distracted. Take the time to find what works best for you.
Do not think for any reason you have failed at shifting. If you have been attempting to shift for a while, with no success, I understand it can be frustrating. But do not think you are a failure or that you had 'another failed attempt at shifting'. You will shift, believe in it, affirm it, and continue to find methods that work for you and you will shift.
