All methods in this book are written as if you were trying to shift to your DR. Personally, I don't use a waiting room (WR) and I have written these methods for my reference. If you do use a WR, just imagine yourself shifting there instead of your DR when the method mentions it.

As always, complete your meditation, put on subliminals and re-read your script, say your affirmations, and prepare yourself mentally and physically to shift before attempting any method. And if you are going to be using subliminals, frequencies, or ASMR put those on before you get comfy! This method recommends a heart beat audio.

For this method, you can lay on your side or your back. Put in headphones, or place your phone/device under your pillow with the audio of a heart beat playing. You do not have to use headphones, but it might work better if you do.

Visualise yourself laying on someone in your DR's chest (a comfort character would work best). Listen to the audio for at least ten minutes, but take your time listen for as long as you would like.

When you feel ready or your audio ends, imagine that they get up and ask, 'are you ready to go?'. Take their hand and let them lead you to the door, walk through it with them visualising that there is a bright white light on the other side.

Start to repeat affirmations in your head. Affirm that that you have shifted, affirm that you are in your DR. You should begin to feel like your falling, when you get this feeling fall asleep and wake up in your DR.
