Embarrassed

The sun shone and blinded me through my eyelids. I groaned awake and covered my eyes.

"Good morning, your majesty." Presley greeted.
I stretched my arms.
"Good morning, Presl-..." my hand landed on something.
I looked down and next to me.

Nathan laid there, asleep, naked, the blanket covered his waist and below. I looked at myself. Naked as well. I looked at Presley. He went to my wardrobe and grabbed what I would wear today.

I've never been more embarrassed in my life.

"Oh my god!" I yelled and hid under my blanket.
Nathan shifted in his sleep.

Damn you.

"Please, get up, sire. You must get dressed for the day."
"No." I groaned as I curled into a ball underneath the blanket.

"Hello, Presley." I heard Nathan say.
"Hello, Sir Nathan."
"Agghhh!" I groaned more and tried to ball up tighter.

Nathan looked underneath the blanket and we made eye contact.
"Why are you hiding?" he asked a stupid question.

I pulled the blanket back down to hide myself again.

"Sir, breakfast is almost ready, we do not have time for hide and seek. However, if we did, you would have lost for I know exactly where you are."
I rolled my eyes.
Presley stripped the blanket off of me.
"Up you go then." he demanded.

I sat up but I didn't like it.

Presley began dressing me and Nathan threw on his clothes.

"Your cheeks are awfully flushed, your highness." he laughed.
"Presley!"

I finished getting dressed.

"There we are. He is quite the handsome young man isn't he, Sir Nathan."
"Quite." Nathan agreed.
"I hate the both of you." I grunted and they chuckled.
Nathan kissed my cheek and gave Presley a pat on his shoulder before he left to his room to bathe and change.

"Must you embarrass me?" I asked Presley as we left my room.
"Well, I do not have to, but I must admit that it does make my day a tad bit brighter." he snickered.
I rolled my eyes.

...

I visited Creed today and saw he and Mary conversing.

"Good morning, your highness." Mary bowed.
"Good morning." Creed replied.
"Creed!" Mary called.
"What?" he asked.
"Bow." she demanded in a whisper.

"Yes, Creed. Bow." I grinned.

Creed has never bowed to me a day in his life. When I was a child I always thought bowing was weird and didn't require that they did it until my father told me that they must as a sign of respect. But since I've known Creed since I was a young boy, who did not like it, he has never done it.
I found it funny that he'd have to do such a thing in front of the girl he liked.

He squinted at me.

I snickered.

"Good morning...your excellency." he bowed and I laughed.
"Very good." Mary stated.
Creed rolled his eyes.
"I should be off. Lucas cannot handle the horses on his own. Especially Max."
"Shouldn't Nathan be assisting?" I asked.
"Nathan is helping to fix renovations to the stables."
"I see."
"Have a good day, your highness!" she exclaimed as she ran off.
