I am a dream, but look like I'm a brush with no head

I am alive, but look like I'm half dead

I am a man, but don't look like the man I was

I am a fallen leaf, but I am like autumn

I am quick as a flash, but look like a goblin running to the loo

I am looking good for my age, but I am like a pinball machine, no longer the rage

I am mutton, but I am like dressed up lamb

I am what time made me, but I am still like a kid

I found this one interesting and chose to begin each line with a different, I am metaphor and ended each line with an, I am like analogy twist.
